What You Have</b></h4><p></p><ul><li>
Location: This is a full-time, 100% onsite position based in Riyadh, KSA.</li><li>
Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is also required.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist within an IT consultancy or software development company in the KSA/MENA market.</li><li>
Negotiation Skills: Strong background in salary benchmarking (resolving for external and internal), keen understanding of c&amp;b for Nationals and Expats, ability to clearly communicate those to candidates and begin the negotiation process, concluding with HR management.</li><li>
Recruitment Lifecycle: Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</li><li>
Systems: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), such as Personio, and staffing/resourcing tools.</li><li>
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, international, culturally diverse teams.</li><li>
Work Ethic: Proactive, self-directed, and accountable with a high degree of professionalism.</li><li>
