Is aware of the location of all monitored patients during the shift. Demonstrates/maintains knowledge of organizational and unit changes. Maintains alarms at all times, and immediately reviews alarms and makes cardiac monitoring the first priority.
Accurately observes and interprets the central cardiac monitors. Accurately maintains the cardiac monitor log with strips, intervals and interpretations at designated times as well as prn. Recognizes emergency rhythms and notifies appropriate personnel. Notifies the RN in accepted timeframe of changes in the patient rhythm or if arrhythmia occurs. Documents any change per unit standard.

Collins aerospace is looking to hire Supplier Development Program Lead (SDPL). This role serves as the primary Supplier Development representative supporting an assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU), acting as the key interface between Procurement (Supply Chain) and the Global Supplier Development (GSD) organization. 
 
In this role, you will partner closely with Procurement (Supply Chain) to align supplier development priorities with business objectives while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development teams to improve supplier performance, support capacity readiness, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure successful execution of production and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. 
 
The SDPL coordinates cross-functional supplier development activities, aligns business priorities with supplier capabilities, and helps ensure suppliers are positioned to meet quality, delivery, capacity, and operational objectives. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization. 
 
What You Will Do 
 
Business Partnership &amp; Strategic Alignment<ul><li>
Serve as the primary Supplier Development representative supporting an assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU).</li><li>
Partner closely with Procurement (Supply Chain) to understand business priorities and translate them into supplier development strategies and execution plans.</li><li>
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality to align supplier development activities with business needs.</li><li>
Participate in SBU operating reviews and cross-functional meetings, providing updates on supplier performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Support prioritization of supplier development resources based on business needs and operational impact.</li><li>

Supplier Performance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>
Manage and monitor SBU supplier development KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators, to evaluate supplier performance, readiness, and operational risk.</li><li>
Identify emerging supplier risks and coordinate mitigation plans with Procurement (Supply Chain) and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>
Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier development issues impacting the SBU, coordinating with crisis teams or cross-functional response teams as needed.</li><li>
Monitor supplier recovery and improvement plans, ensuring actions are effectively executed and sustained.</li><li>
Provide regular reporting and insights to support business reviews and operational decision-making.</li></ul> 
Capacity Planning &amp; Program Execution<ul><li>

Coordinate execution of Supplier Development Plans (SDPs) for critical suppliers supporting the assigned SBU.</li><li>

Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.</li><li>
Experience in Supplier Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or a related function within a complex manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.</li><li>
