Job Overview

The Content Designer shapes strategic, meaningful, and user‑centered content that guides customers through Macy&rsquo;s digital experiences. This role designs content as an integral part of the product experience, ensuring that every interaction across Macy&rsquo;s site and app is clear, intuitive, and helpful.

Partnering closely with UX designers, researchers, and product managers from discovery through launch, they define how content supports the overall user journey and business objectives. By combining customer insights, product understanding, and brand‑focused language, the role creates content that reduces friction, builds trust, and empowers customers to shop with confidence.

At the core, the Content Designer demonstrates curiosity about how people think and behave and thrives in collaborative environments where thoughtful debate and iteration lead to better customer experiences. 


What You Will Do

Who You Are

The City College of New York (CCNY), a senior college of The City University of New York (CUNY), seeks an innovative Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Communications (AVP) to lead a modern, data-driven transformation of the College's digital experience and institutional brand. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Communications and External Relations, the AVP serves as CCNY's chief communications and brand officer, responsible for a unified strategy across marketing, creative, digital, web, media relations, and public affairs.

 About This Role
 
 
 
 Vivrelle?s Associate, Outbound, is responsible for our outgoing inventory and direct client experience.
 
 
 At Vivrelle, our outbound team is the heartbeat of the company. As the final touchpoint before our products reach members, they are responsible for carefully preparing each order and ensuring every product meets our highest standards of quality and condition. From accurate shipping details to meticulous inspections and thoughtful packaging, the outbound team ensures that every piece arrives in pristine condition, reflecting a luxury experience.
 
 
 If you are interested in fashion and accessories, this role is especially exciting. You will gain hands-on experience with designer pieces while learning about quality standards, operations, and the inner workings of the luxury fashion industry.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities Will Include
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Cleaning Product Before Shipping: Responsible for ensuring that all products are thoroughly cleaned before they are shipped to our members. This will involve inspecting items for any dirt, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure that all items are in top condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Building Member Orders: Responsible for packing member orders and preparing shipping labels. This will involve working closely with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure that our members receive their items in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quality Control: Responsible for quality control checks to ensure that all items are accurately cleaned, packed, and labeled according to our standards. This will involve inspecting items for any damage, and ensuring that all packaging materials and member accounts are in good order.
 </li>
 <li>
 Unboxing Effect and Member Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring that our members receive an exceptional unboxing experience and are satisfied with their product. This will involve carefully packaging items in a way that makes them feel special and luxurious, and proactively addressing any member concerns or issues that arise.
