Product Experience Design &amp; Delivery</div><ul><li>
Operate AI-first, by default: Use LLMs to clarify intent, pressure-test assumptions, and draft interaction frameworks before a single frame is drawn. AI isn't a shortcut &mdash; it's how we think faster and align earlier with PM and Engineering.</li><li>

Qualifications:

The Senior Product Designer is an advanced individual contributor responsible for leading end-to-end user experience design for complex enterprise SaaS product capabilities. This role owns UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery, translating user insights, product strategy, and technical constraints into scalable design solutions that improve usability, adoption, and customer outcomes. 
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Product Designer partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to define user workflows, design interaction models, and deliver production-ready design assets. The role contributes to the evolution of the company&rsquo;s design system and establishes consistent experience standards across product modules.

Containing over 300 components and styles, DS supports multiple frameworks and is looking to enhance their product offerings. The Role
As a designer on the DS team, you will help shape and scale our enterprise design system across complex web platforms. This role sits at the intersection of visual design, interaction design, accessibility, and systems thinking , and plays a critical role in enabling product teams to build consistent, high-quality digital experiences at scale. 
As a designer you will partner closely with engineering, product, product design teams, accessibility, and brand teams [DF1] to define, evolve, and inform use and implementation ofour web design system&mdash;balancing craft excellence with pragmatism in a large, multi-product ecosystem. As a member of the Design Systems team, you will be responsible for updating ant maintaining the library, as well as an advocate within the community ensuring proper usage of the system.</div>

About the Role:
As a Product Designer at Greenboard, you&rsquo;ll own the end-to-end design of complex, AI-powered compliance workflows&mdash;from zero-to-one concepts through production. You&rsquo;ll work directly with product, engineering, and leadership to turn ambiguous regulatory problems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment: you&rsquo;ll drive core product decisions, shape how AI shows up in the interface, and build systems that scale as the product evolves. Portfolio with projects that have been shipped to production.</li><li>
Experience designing AI-powered products and a track record of using AI tools to accelerate and sharpen your design process.</li><li>
A strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, and the ability to operate at varying levels of fidelity.</li><li>
Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, early-stage environments where process is still being built.</li><li>
Experience in fintech or compliance-adjacent products is a plus, though curiosity and the ability to learn the domain quickly matters more.</li><li>
