Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator to support the Rental Division. The Washroom Operator is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers using washroom equipment to set appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. 
 
Job Summary 
 
The Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations applies broad knowledge to ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of the facility&rsquo;s inventory, which can including but is not limited to: controlling inventory adjustments and holds, profiling/sorting incoming product, resolving inbound and outbound discrepancies, purchasing supplies, ensuring timely delivery and processing physical returns. The Senior Associate executes the facility&rsquo;s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and responds effectively to routine and complex inventory/purchasing control issues.
 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintains inventory accuracy by managing product holds, product movements, physical returns, purchasing of products and automated tracking of inventory.</li><li>
Drives efficient picking and replenishment by profiling products to determine the best slotting, based on weights and measures, palette dimensions, frequency of product movement, expiration date, hazardous classifications and other characteristics. Could also drive efficient purchase orders, ensuring a timely manner of delivery to Cardinal Health 3PL&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Continually monitors quality and productivity metrics including damaged product, adjustments, shortages, and cycle counts, among others. Regularly communicates with Supervisor and other internal departments on inventory accuracy and quality metrics related to given products or customers. Could also communicate with outside vendors to secure supplies for operational needs.</li><li>
Investigates outbound discrepancies by checking for differences between physical counts and WMS records. Identifies and reports variances to Customer Care team and ensures that customers are shipped variances promptly, and documents all variances and issues in line with SOPs.</li><li>
Should resolve inbound discrepancies by initiating communication with external suppliers and coordinating with Quality Assurance teams. Makes necessary adjustments in WMS and determines implications for customer order fulfillment.</li><li>
May determines proper resolution of discrepancies and other operational errors to ensure that customer commitments can be fulfilled in scheduled timeframe. Promptly communicates the root cause and resolution to the Supervisor, Manager, and other internal stakeholders as necessary to minimize future errors.</li><li>
Could place Purchasing Orders (PO&rsquo;s) for customers and tracks to ensure on time deliveries to prevent service disruptions.</li><li>
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks in inventory control and broader operations. Provides input into operational excellence initiatives through Supervisor and Manager.</li><li>

Manager, Transportation will ensure a Transportation department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with drivers, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations. They will use their experience in transportation operations to manage personnel and drive efficient transportation operations through the associates they lead, ensuring the safe, accurate and timely daily outbound shipments to customers and other distribution centers within the organization.<div>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
<ul><li>Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate, our customers, and the general public with whom our drivers interact remain injury free, always. Champion safety procedures, processes and training to create and maintain a safety-first culture in the Transportation department.</li><li>Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through one-on-one coaching, training on policy and procedures, assisting in problem resolution when required, and leading by example. Ensure all drivers and other Transportation department associates are appropriately trained in job duties as well as safety and legal responsibilities.</li><li>Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates by discussing performance with Sr. Transportation Managers and creating plans to address gaps.</li><li>Create an atmosphere in which upward communication is encouraged, and motivate associates to achieve department goals and objectives.</li><li>Direct and supervise the work and productivity of drivers and clerical associates within the Transportation department. Drive associate engagement and retention, and create a culture that embodies US Foods values.</li><li>Build high-performing teams by participating in interviewing and hiring Transportation personnel, in conjunction with Sr. Transportation Managers. Review performance, coach on service and safety targets, and deliver disciplinary action.</li><li>Monitor production goals and maintain a zero-error attitude to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Anticipate, analyze and troubleshoot problems with deliveries and devise cost-effective and legal solutions; act to implement same. Ensure team understands and adheres to DOT regulations.</li><li>Identify and stop waste, and improve processes to complete work more safely and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct routine Safety and Driver Meetings.</li></ul>
Oversee maintenance of driver qualification files. 
<ul><li>Investigate all accidents, maintain an accident file, track causes and take appropriate preventative action.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Effectively schedule working shifts by leveraging appropriate planning tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel)</li><li>Other duties assigned by manager.</li></ul>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
Related Experience/Requirements: 
<ul><li>Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution required.</li><li>Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.</li><li>Experience as a driver a plus.</li></ul> 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

This makes sure the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day&rsquo;s deliveries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Check inbound product identification against invoices and receiving paperwork to insure correct pack/size, quantity, product quality and temperature, pallet ti/hi, etc.</li><li>
Check temperature of all inbound frozen and refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and comply with U.S. Foodservice&rsquo;s food safety and RRE requirements.</li><li>
Check the cleanliness of the trailers before they are unloaded.</li><li>
Verify quantity of each product to insure physical count agrees with shipping and receiving documentation; report any variances so that inventory levels are accurately adjusted in system.</li><li>
Apply labels to all incoming product to identify that product in the warehouse for stocking, selection and inventory tracking.</li><li>
Complete required paperwork for daily receiving, as per U.S. Foodservice, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate products received are placed into inventory.</li></ul>
