In this role, you will be the connective tissue between our social and partnership team &mdash; identifying, developing, and activating partnerships that amplify NYSE's presence across platforms. Partnership Development &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Identify and cultivate organic and paid partnership opportunities with creators, financial influencers, and brand-aligned organizations across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.</li><li>
Develop and pitch partnership proposals aligned with NYSE's brand voice and business objectives, managing the full pipeline from outreach through activation.</li></ul></li><li>

Knowledge and Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
1-3+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships &mdash; preferably within finance, media, or a major brand environment.</li><li>
Proven track record managing creator or brand partnerships from prospecting through execution.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, with proficiency in social analytics tools (Sprinklr, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Manager).</li><li>
Excellent communicator and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div> 
New York Base Salary Range</div><div>
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $70,000 - 85,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange&rsquo;s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.</div>
