What you will be doing:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager. Working as the primary liaison between the hotel and our group partners and planners, you will communicate professionally and respond via phone and emails in timely manner. Preparing VIP amenities, managing booking links, reservation changes and ensuring on time payment are key aspects of this position, along with greeting clients on site and ensuring overall success of their experience, along with the Sales Manager, is paramount. This position may also include supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing with general office administration, light marketing projects, vendor management, and preparation of purchase orders, corporate office requests and community partner communication, along with light support of the business travel team.
Creative &amp; Graphic Assets Development<ul><li>
Support the design, production, and execution of both digital and printed marketing collateral, including:<ul><li>
In-house brand materials, collateral, and property signage</li><li>
Video signage and property displays</li><li>
Promotional posters and flyers</li><li>
Food &amp; beverage menus</li><li>
Visual assets for special activations and property events</li></ul></li></ul>
Brand Standards Oversight: Ensure all printed and digital materials, guest communications, and property signage adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual standards.
Social Media &amp; Content Coordination<ul><li>
Assist the external social media agency with content creation ideas, editorial planning, and prompt review of draft posts to ensure alignment with brand standards.</li><li>
Photo &amp; Video Shoots Logistics: Assist with on-site coordination for photoshoots and video productions across property outlets and rooms.</li></ul>
Influencer &amp; Partnership Management<ul><li>
Coordinate influencer stays managing itineraries, stays, and on-property logistics to maximize brand exposure.</li></ul>
Web &amp; Digital Platforms Maintenance<ul><li>
Assist with regular updates and content management across brand and group web platforms, ensuring information, offers, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of hotel experience, with luxury hotel background preferred in primary market. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required and additional experience in Delphi, Opera and Cvent preferred. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, demonstrates an outgoing, spirited personality with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed expectations. Candidate must be organized and demonstrate team player attitude in assisting with additional projects or requests as needed.
Some schedule flexibility will be requested at high demand times, however this is a Monday &ndash; Friday position.
Front desk experience preferred.
Second language desirable.

This role will be responsible for driving measurable listener and viewer growth through social media marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives.
This role will manage day-to-day podcast marketing and social media execution, including posting on behalf of the host and shows, ensuring content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with the voice of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace and the broader CrimeOnline Podcast Network. The Manager, Creator Marketing will help expand audience reach across podcast platforms, YouTube, social channels, FAST channels, VOD, FOX One, and future distribution channels by coordinating cross-promotional opportunities, supporting platform relationships, and identifying new ways to increase discovery and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in creator marketing, podcast marketing, social media marketing, digital content, audience development, distribution marketing, or a related media role</li><li>
Experience managing or posting on behalf of a public figure, host, talent, media brand, or entertainment property</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting measurable audience growth across podcast, social, video, streaming, or digital platforms</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt copy to a distinct host or brand voice</li><li>
