Responsibilities:</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O), Business Central (BC), and Power Platform components.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Manage Health IT initiatives leveraging Dynamics for clinical, operational, or administrative workflows, such as patient engagement, scheduling, revenue cycle, case management, and analytics.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Coordinate system integrations between Dynamics and healthcare platforms (EHR systems, interoperability engines, data warehouses, patient portals).</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and alignment with business and clinical goals.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Develop project plans, sprint roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect both technical requirements and healthcare compliance needs.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Collaborate closely with solution architects, Dynamics developers, analysts, clinicians, and operational leaders.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, data privacy) and Microsoft best practices.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Drive stakeholder engagement through workshops, process mapping, demos, UAT coordination, and change management.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Monitor project performance, address risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to leadership.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Oversee system documentation, release planning, training, and post</b><b>‑</b><b>deployment support.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Technical Skills Required:</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 skills to include MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, configuration, extensions, workflows, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience in Health IT, including clinical workflows, interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7), security, and healthcare operations.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Hands-on Agile project delivery experience (Scrum or hybrid Agile).</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex multi-system integrations.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Strong communication, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder management skills.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, Azure certifications.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, cybersecurity, and data governance best practices.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
