Summary: 
The MMOM (Major Market Operating Model) Quotations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete quotation process for complex industrial, construction, and OEM customers within the electrical distribution business. This role ensures all bids are prepared accurately, competitively, and on time, while maintaining alignment with customer specifications, internal margin objectives, and operational capabilities. What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the quotation team responsible for industrial and OEM project bids</li><li>
Define priorities, assign workloads, and manage quote turnaround expectations based on customer deadlines and project complexity</li><li>

Working under the supervision of licensed nurses and behavioral health professionals, the PCA helps patients build communication skills, manage behaviors, and participate in therapeutic and educational activities designed to enhance independence and quality of life.
