We hire builders, not button-pushers.</p><p>What you'll do</p><p>You'll own the day-to-day of our social and content engine &mdash; coming up with ideas, making the content, posting it, and keeping the calendar full across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.</p><ul><li>Generate content ideas weekly &mdash; hooks, trends, formats &mdash; and turn the best ones into shipped posts within 48 hours</li><li>Run content production end-to-end: scripts, filming, editing, captions, thumbnails.
