This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape and scale the finance function, build a shared services model, and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
The Controller will partner closely with the CFO North America and business leaders to drive operational excellence, support growth, and ensure strong financial governance in a rapidly evolving environment. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as Controller for Kiwa North America and selected operating companies in the initial phase, with scope expanding over time in line with the strategic</li><li>
roadmap</li><li>
Lead all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS where applicable</li><li>
Design, build, and continuously enhance a shared services model for accounting and transactional finance activities</li><li>
Oversee core accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, and intercompany transactions</li><li>
Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and remediation of findings</li><li>
Strengthen and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to support a robust governance framework</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with FP&amp;A, tax, and treasury to support reporting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization</li><li>
Lead accounting integration for acquisitions, including process alignment, system migrations, and controls implementation</li><li>
Play a key leadership role in ERP implementation and optimization, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365</li><li>
Build, lead, and develop high-performing accounting teams, including remote and offshore resources</li><li>
Support the CFO North America on strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc analyses</li></ul> 
Required Skills and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred</li><li>
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership experience as a Controller or equivalent</li><li>
Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred</li><li>
Proven track record of building and leading shared services organizations</li><li>
Deep, hands-on experience with month-end close and statutory reporting</li><li>
Strong experience managing internal and external audits</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks</li><li>
Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation or transformation initiatives</li><li>
Experience managing remote teams and offshored accounting teams across multiple time zones</li><li>
Experience in multinational, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments</li><li>
Strong project management experience, particularly in M&amp;A integration and process transformation</li></ul>
