 The Role
 
 
 
 Roc Nation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the company&rsquo;s end-to-end accounts payable operations and corporate card program.  The Accounts Payable Manager will own AP operations, strengthen processes and controls, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate, timely payments across multiple business lines.  Responsibilities

This role will support our accounting team with invoice processing and vendor payments across multiple businesses.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organized financial work and is looking for flexible part-time hours in a supportive team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Process vendor invoices and enter them into accounting software</li><li>Ensure invoices are properly coded and approved</li><li>Prepare and process vendor payments</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and documentation</li><li>Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment questions</li><li>Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting support required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information</li><li>Comfortable working with QuickBooks accounting software and spreadsheets</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time seasonal position- approximately 12 weeks</li><li>Approximately 10&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>Flexible weekday schedule</li></ul>About Rivers Family of CompaniesRivers Family of Companies is a group of locally owned businesses serving West Michigan across retail, hospitality, and service industries.
