<p>Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Facilities, with some oversight from the VP of Operations, the Portfolio Maintenance Manager (PMM) will oversee the maintenance operations of the NYC/NYUPSTATE/NJ portfolio and provide guidance and support to maintenance team members as well as community managers. The portfolio consists of several properties with an average unit count of approximately 1,539 units/19 Sites. The PMM will work collaboratively with our maintenance teams, Portfolio and Community Managers, to follow TCB's standard operating procedures (SOPs), objectives, mission and each property&rsquo;s economic and physical requirements.</p>
<p><b>Essential Functions:</b></p>
<ul><li>Oversee Maintenance Operations to TCB Standards including preventive maintenance program, service orders, unit turns, curb appeal, unit/building inspections, and maintenance shop compliance. Be a strong advocate of safety and environmental compliance for our team members and residents. Conduct regular property visits to provide guidance and technical support to the Community Manager and Service Manager.</li>
<li>Lead Service Managers and Technicians through mentoring, training, and support by influencing change management, developing our maintenance team members, and fostering a strong resident focus. Coordinate trainings to enhance technical trade and business skills for accountability to TCB Standard Operating Policies through positive employee engagement. Requirements</b></p><ul><li>
10+ years of experience (including healthcare/pharma experience) as a senior leader in a similar practice, group, or function</li><li>
Knowledge of and experience with the rules and regulations that govern pharma marketing</li><li>
Strong ability to deliver persuasive, evidence-based counsel that wins over C-suite executives who have limited time</li><li>
Comfort working in cross-functional teams and interacting with different people on a daily basis (including clients)</li><li>
Maintain and keep abreast of current and emerging digital and social media technology + platforms, particularly the implications in the healthcare industry</li><li>
An energetic team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify the direct team, peers, and interact effectively as a strategic partner with senior agency management</li><li>
Experience developing content calendars and assets, with knowledge of individual social platforms and their requirements (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)</li><li>
Experience in website development process and/or project management a plus</li><li>
Experience implementing and managing paid social media campaigns a plus</li><li>

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150K to $170K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
