<li>Ensure accurate submission of all claims and timely collections occurs in accordance with all contract terms including Medicare, Medical, managed care, commercial insurance, in an outsourced model.</li>
<li>Actively collaborate with RCM operations to analyze reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting, unbilled analysis and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management, billing activity for monthly financial reporting.
</li><li>Assure maximization of cash collections through diligent and timely monitoring of all open accounts receivable balances.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor AR policies and procedures and, where necessary, implement changes in workflow to improve productivity.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent quality of the AR Department by distributing and assigning duties and responsibilities to employees, ensuring skill levels are appropriate to the assigned tasks, and monitoring the department&rsquo;s productivity.</li>
<li>Effectively interact and collaborate with other departments to help resolve and clarify system issues.</li>
<li>Provide leadership, drive change, and facilitate process improvements</li>

The<br/>Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist is supervised and trained by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.<br/>Ongoing training and supervision is provided, and all Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapist are required to obtain and maintain their credential as a Registered Behavior Technician.</p><p><b>Required Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>A minimum of a high school diploma or GED</li><li>Preferred: College coursework in a related field or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Psychology, Education or related field</li><li>Experience working with children between the ages of 2-8 or volunteering with children</li><li>Dependable, punctual and flexible</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly-motivated</li><li>Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds</li><li>Reliable transportation- ability to drive to client home or community-based settings</li><li>Preferred: ABA Experience or RBT Credentialed</li></ul><p><b>Job Functions: </b></p><ul><li>Works directly with patients implementing treatment plans and interventions recommended by BCBA</li><li>Establish and maintains enthusiasm and motivation throughout therapy sessions</li><li>Implements ABA therapy techniques which include but are not limited to discrete trail training, natural environment training, imitation, socialization and behavior management</li><li>Implements individualized behavioral intervention plan to address severe maladaptive behaviors that may include aggression, elopement, hair pulling, biting, kicking, etc.</li><li>Works collaboratively with a team of Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapist and BCBAs</li><li>Monitors and records each occurrence of treatment (data collection and session summary)</li><li>Communicate with parents/caregivers</li><li>Assist patients in daily living skills such as toileting, feeding, dressing, grooming, etc. as recommended on the treatment plan/intervention</li><li>Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings</li><li>Maintain requirements for RBT Credential (supervision log and re-ceritification)</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Ability to Commute:</p><ul><li>Houston, TX 77084 (Required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
