Determines if supplies should be purchased directly from an approved vendor or put out to bid. Maintains vendor relationships, processes payments and meets with Location Services Supervisor or Manager to track and analyze total spend as it relates to the budget. When performing daily walk throughs, take note of possible issues and investigate cost efficient ways to upgrade or replace failed/failing building systems (water lines/electric lines/lighting/HVAC). We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and hardworking individual, willing to take on a range of responsibilities and grow with the company.The Clinical Trial/PC Administrator performs a variety of research, data and clerical duties of a routine and technical nature to support the conduct of clinical research under the direction of senior research team members. The Clinical Trial/PC Administrator will develop a progressive functional knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) regulations. In this role, the Clinical Trial/PC Administrator completes tasks including preparing necessary documents, equipment, supplies, etc. for research visits and conducting and documenting visits and protocol-specific testing/interviews according to study protocol.You will be providing support and assistance in the administrative management of the clinical trial studies. Working closely with the Study Coordinator, Principal Investigator and Senior Management teams to maintain and organize study files.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Providing administrative support to the Clinical Trial Coordinator and PI</li><li>Maintains knowledge and comprehension of assigned research protocols, including study procedures, timelines and eligibility.</li><li>Accurately creates, completes, maintains and organizes study documents including CRFs (Source documents).</li><li>Assist with collating, submitting, and tracking source data and data queries to Data Management within the set timeframes</li><li>Maintenance of Investigator Site File (ISF)</li><li>Maintenance of study documents and trial supplies</li><li>Assist with collecting vital signs, EKG and Blood Draw</li><li>Assist with laboratory sample management, including processing laboratory samples</li><li>Assist with pharmacy checks</li><li>Maintaining clinical trial databases</li><li>Meets all annual job-related training and compliance requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree BA/BS degree in a science, technical, health-related field or another applicable discipline</li><li>Previous administration experience in a clinical setting</li><li>IT Proficiency (Microsoft Office package)</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Clinical trials experience.</li><li>Experience of managing essential documents for clinical trials according to ICH GCP</li><li>Experience of using electronic data capture systems, e.g. medidata RAVE</li><li>Experience with phlebotomy, EKG and Vital signs collection.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>4 weeks paid time off</li><li>excellent health/dental/vision insurance</li><li>401k retirement plan</li><li>employer-provided life and disability insurance</li><li>health savings account</li><li>continuous professional development</li></ul>ABOUT RE:COGNITION HEALTHRe:Cognition Health (London based) is a pioneering brain and mind clinic that specializes in the treatment and care of people showing symptoms of cognitive impairment.
