</li><li>Plan daily and weekly work activities and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials
</li><li>Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
</li><li>Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and site inspections
</li><li>Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
</li><li>Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve field issues and maintain schedule
</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule and productivity
</li><li>Ensure proper installation of formwork, reinforcement, embeds, and concrete placement
</li><li>Manage quality control and inspection processes
</li><li>Maintain site documentation including daily reports, manpower logs, and material tracking
</li><li>Participate in project meetings and collaborate with other trades to avoid conflicts
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
</li><li>Strong knowledge of concrete forming systems, reinforcement, placement, and finishing techniques
</li><li>Experience managing large-scale commercial or civil concrete projects preferred
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills
</li><li>Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices
</li><li>Proficient in scheduling and basic construction software tools
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree preferred
