About the Role

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our team at our LA Corporate Office. As an IT Service Delivery Analyst, you will be accountable for providing first-line technical support to Aspire Bakeries team members, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests, and delivering exceptional onsite and remote IT service across our North American network of bakeries and offices. This is role is onsite 4 days a week in our LA Office.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience</li>
<li>At least 3 years of experience providing direct technical IT support and/or working in a Service Desk environment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, O365 (including Outlook and Teams), remote support tools, and basic networked device setup (printers, peripherals)</li>
<li>Experience with account administration in Windows/Active Directory and O365 (account creation, permissions, security groups)</li>

Skills and attributes for success:The Contractor shall provide business and IT systems analysis support to include, but not limited to the following activities: - Contractor shall document and manage new and existing business processes in order to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign; - Contractor shall conduct a thorough analysis of existing and new business processes and identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency; - Contractor shall conduct a thorough analysis of operational business requirements and conduct a gap analysis for any required modification to an existing business process; - Contractor shall create and maintain a requirements database that documents how each existing or new business requirement is being supported - Contractor shall validate that any proposed solution to an existing requirement satisfactorily meets the underlying need; - Contractor shall collect marketing materials from industry solution providers that claim to satisfy the identified business requirements; - Contractor shall document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by existing and proposed IT solutions; - Contractor shall conduct a thorough analysis of existing capabilities against documented business requirements to determine where gaps in technology are impeding or preventing the efficient execution of business processes; - Contractor shall compare marketing materials from industry solution providers that claim to satisfy the identified business requirements and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives that can be used by the Program Management Office (PMO) to identify and prioritize new projects; - Contractor shall validate that any proposed solution successfully delivers a new functional business capability that addresses one or more existing requirements; - Contractor shall build and execute thorough test scripts that allow them to ascertain the breadth and depth of a capability on a consistent basis so that they may fairly evaluate multiple products in order to provide recommendations for purchase; - Contractor shall review all solution configuration changes to insure that the Discovery Program maintains an accurate picture of its business capabilities; - Contractor shall perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned. Position Summary 
The Financial Operations Analyst position requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for part of an industry-leading company. The position is a part of our Rebate Operations department within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Registration team, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the Financial Registration for all new and existing client implementations within CVS Health&rsquo;s PBM business. The Analyst will play an instrumental role in the success of our Rebate Registration team. A successful candidate will display curiosity, creativity and technical acumen, which will allow them to identify implementation needs and work towards process efficiencies. This role includes reviewing client pricing terms, identifying inaccuracies and ultimately completing the pricing implementation within our rebate system. The Analyst will also support various requests and provide feedback on client setups to identify potential issues which could result in a financial misstatement. The Analyst must be able to work individually, as part of a team, and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. They will be required to manage workflows and ensure deliverables are completed in alignment with targeted metrics/goals. S/He will need to promptly and proactively resolve issues that arise from internal controls and/or service failures.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
