 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The role
 
 
 This role will support day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor payments. The Accounts Payable Manager will help supervise the AP team and will work closely with Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, and internal business partners to ensure a smooth procure-to-pay process. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable.
 
 
 
 What you will do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and support the AP team, ensuring workloads are prioritized and deadlines are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recurring invoices and payments related to rent, utilities, leases, consultants, and other corporate costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and internal stakeholder questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor account concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve differences between vendor records and company records
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with month-end close activities, including AP-related journal entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the annual IRS 1099 reporting process
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized documentation, imaging, and record retention for AP files
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering and providing invoice and payment support
 </li>
 <li>
 Help improve AP processes, procedures, and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Support additional projects assigned by the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 What you bring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including experience managing or supervising staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and vendor payment operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a mid-sized to large organization
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP experience required (Oracle preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills
 </li>
