The <b>Senior Designer</b> plays a key role in driving design innovation and ensuring the highest standards across our projects. Reporting to the Vice President, you&rsquo;ll manage and coordinate the design process from concept through completion, working closely with development, construction, marketing and management teams.</div></div><p>
</p><p></p><div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Lead and support architectural/interior design progress across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to define project objectives and design strategies.</div></li><li><div>
Review and provide feedback on design proposals, including layouts, interior architecture and FF&amp;E.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee feasibility and constructability assessments, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in OAC and design coordination meetings, addressing MEP, structural and code-related issues.</div></li><li><div>
Manage FF&amp;E, OS&amp;E and art program selections ensuring design integrity and quality control; experience with FF&amp;E procurement processes a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Review marketing materials for design accuracy and brand consistency.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct product research, finishes/sample procurement, AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Support construction administration processes, including RFIs, submittals and punch lists.</div></li><li><div>
Work across office, property locations and active construction sites.</div></li></ul><p>
</p><p></p><div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, interior architecture and FF&amp;E design having successfully completed projects from concept design through construction administration phases; real estate development experience preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Strong technical skills in architectural/interior design, including the ability to review and redline drawings.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Bluebeam, Acrobat and 3D modeling preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and partners.</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and collaborate within a team.</div></li></ul><p>
