<div>Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced As-Built Data Technician proficient in operating various computer equipment and software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Microsoft Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing, managing, and delivering accurate as-built and survey data to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Utilize Trimble Business Center to process daily data collected by field personnel.</li>
<li>Create stakeout and as-built drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D for internal and client use.</li>
<li>Generate stakeout files (DXFs, CSVs, and KMZs) to support crew operations.</li>
<li>Produce final survey deliverables such as as-built drawings, shape files, weld maps, and CSVs.</li>
<li>Process and produce post-construction and as-built data and drawings.</li>
<li>Adhere to established quality processes and procedures throughout all stages of project execution.</li>
<li>Preform QA/QC operations utilizing Data Halo; experience is preferred, but not required.</li>
<li>Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, external clients, and project team members.</li>
<li>Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Possess good mechanical aptitude and proficiency in computer operations.</li>
<li>Manage data for multiple projects simultaneously from various clients.</li>
<li>Provide clear communication regarding standards and procedures to field crews and ensure adherence to these standards.</li>

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Diagnostics &amp; Repair<ul><li>
Lead complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for AV powertrain, braking, suspension, high-voltage, and advanced sensor systems.</li><li>
Diagnose, repair, and validate faults in CAN/LIN networks, AV computer hardware, and vehicle control modules.</li><li>
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve recurring technical issues across the fleet.</li><li>
Develop and implement technical repair procedures and best practices.</li></ul>
Sensor &amp; System Calibration<ul><li>
Conduct precise calibrations and verification of LiDAR, radar, camera arrays, GPS units, IMUs, and perception systems.</li><li>
Validate sensor performance to meet stringent AV operational standards.</li><li>
Oversee testing and integration of updated or new sensor platforms.</li></ul>
AV Hardware &amp; Software Support<ul><li>
Install, configure, and replace complex AV components, including compute modules, communication units, wiring harnesses, and networking systems.</li><li>

Job Summary and Qualifications
What You Will Do In Your Role:<ul><li>You will be responsible for assisting the R.N. in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the Cath Lab patient.</li><li>You will be responsible to function in a call-out situation by scrubbing and running the table (x-ray).</li><li>You will ensure archiving and storage of digital data and maintains proper operation of image review stations.</li><li>You will perform post processing manipulation of digital data to supply physician with additional clinical data.</li><li>You will be able to function in a Code Blue situation.</li></ul> 
What qualifications you will need:<ul><li>1 year of experience in the field or in a related area</li><li>Prior Cath Lab experience preferred</li><li>Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology required</li><li>ARRT and Radiology Technologist through the Texas Department of Health or RCIS certification required.</li><li>Current BCLS or BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.</li><li>ACLS or ALS certification.</li></ul>

Operations Analyst

We are looking for a precision-oriented Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our three core business lines. You will be the &quot;source of truth&quot; for our data, ensuring that what we promise, what we execute, and what we bill are in perfect alignment.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities

<li>Master our backend architecture, specifically focusing on payment system management and invoicing triggers.</li>
<li>Perform continuous &quot;Tri-Point Reconciliation&quot; (Invoiced vs. Actual Spend vs. Budget) across the portfolio.</li>
<li>Act as the technical partner for Marketing Specialists, ensuring their budgeting tools reflect real-time financial data.</li>
<li>Oversee the data flow within NetSuite to ensure our monthly recurring revenue (MRR) model is billed accurately.</li>
<li>Provide rigorous data supervision of customer records and project setups to prevent billing leaks or service discrepancies.</li>
<li>Provide data oversight for our Creative Catalog, ensuring all assets are tracked and billed according to contract terms.</li>
<li>Monitor project-based billings to ensure milestones are met and invoiced accurately</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Operations Management, and Economics or related fields.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build reliable, scalable models and structured datasets that can be used across teams.</li>
<li>Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms</li>
<li>Experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools</li>
