We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $80,000 &ndash; $100,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant&rsquo;s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard&rsquo;s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.

Job Summary
As an Analyst in our Equity Capital Markets (&ldquo;ECM&rdquo;) team, you will be a key player in driving our platform&rsquo;s growth and execution. You will participate in the &quot;full cycle&quot; of transaction execution including preparing marketing materials, reviewing and formulating financial analyses, presenting both internally and externally to clients, and driving day-to-day transaction execution. Job Responsibilities<ul>

</li><li>Drive analysis for issuer clients, including precedent transactions and shareholder targeting.

<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.</li>
<li>Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of capital markets and the ECM execution function.</li>
<li>Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment.
