 Understand production of all key project documents including schedule, budget, phasing, drawings, contracts, leases etc. from concept through completion and delivery.

 Manage and assist with client interactions to anticipate clients&rsquo; needs. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Read design drawings for general layout and high-level scope; and produce a written narrative documenting scope. Can navigate drawings and understand the tags, callouts, and drawing references.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understands the differences between different types of financing. Review funding opportunities like grants and organize submission requirements.
 </li>

 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 Six (6) years of experience in business analysis of large, complex information technology projects spanning state and local systems. At least one (1) year must have included supervisory experience
 
 
 A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration can substitute for 2 years of experience
 
 
 A Master&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration may substitute for an additional year of experience
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in Human Service programs (examples: SNAP, HEAP, PA, Child Care, and Child Support).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Blueprint Requirements Management Tool.
