 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The Digital Marketing Associate will support website marketing initiatives and contribute to Cohen &amp; Steers&rsquo; broader digital marketing efforts. This role is primarily focused on the execution, maintenance, and optimization of the firm&rsquo;s website, including content updates, campaign support, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
 
 
 The Associate will work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Legal/Compliance, and other internal partners to ensure website content is accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for an early-career digital marketer looking to grow expertise in website management and digital marketing best practices.  Major Responsibilities/Activities:
 
 
 
 
 Website Marketing &amp; Execution

 Support the execution of website marketing initiatives, updates, and campaigns

 Assist with day-to-day website management, including content publishing, page updates, and basic troubleshooting

 Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Product, IT, Legal/Compliance) to ensure timely and accurate website updates

 Work within the CMS to maintain website content, navigation, and assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Help manage digital repositories, including documents, disclosures, and directories, ensuring accuracy and compliance

 Assist with coordinating external vendors and agencies related to website development or hosting

 Support SEO, accessibility, content optimization, calls-to-action, and engagement initiatives
 </li>

 Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure website functionality, accuracy, and consistency across browsers and devices

 Minimum Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related role (internships included)
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with a content management system (CMS); WordPress experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of HTML/CSS a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Google Tag Manager preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with digital assets, documents, and content libraries

The Center for Sustainable Business&rsquo;s Associate Director of Communications bridges the gap between leading-edge research, experiential education, and practical impact. The Associate Director will develop and lead the execution of communications, content, and public events for CSB. The selected candidate will promote CSB thought leadership and programming on sustainable business to target audiences within and beyond the Stern community through content creation and strategic communications and marketing. They will develop and lead the execution of strategy for public events aligned with CSB&rsquo;s strategic research and thought leadership activities, including an annual conference for a large corporate and investor audience, panel discussions, and workshops. The Associate Director will also oversee the production of internal and external materials and ensure that savvy digital communications efforts provide key audiences with up-to-date and accessible information about CSB programs, tools, and research. Qualifications:

The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience in communications, content creation, social media, public relations, marketing, events, or journalism. Exceptional storytelling ability across formats and channels, and an understanding of how to adapt messages and approaches for different platforms and audiences, are required. Proven ability to create content that performs&mdash;you've built audiences, driven engagement, and can point to content that actually changed behavior or sparked conversation&mdash;is also required. A Master's degree in a related field such as communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, business, public administration, sustainability, or environmental studies is preferred. Seven years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, events, or journalism is preferred.</div>
