Humana&rsquo;s Marketing organization is seeking an Associate, Marketing Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Marketing Analytics team as a Business Intelligence Engineer 2. In this role, you will play a key role in developing data solutions that uncover actionable insights into marketing performance. You&rsquo;ll support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools that surface trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and empower marketers to optimize strategies through data-driven decision-making.
As the Associate, Business Intelligence, you will focus on gathering and translating marketing stakeholder requirements into actionable data solutions. You will design and develop dashboards and visualizations that empower marketers to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance. 
Key Role Functions<ul><li>
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators</li><li>
Own reporting solutions end-to-end by delivering key insights through dashboards and serving as the go-to expert on the data and its business context</li><li>
Assist in data validation, cleansing, and preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights</li><li>

</h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Information Systems, Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent related professional experience</li><li>
2+ years of experience with Power BI and familiarity with DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom logic within Power BI reports</li><li>
Advanced experience with SQL and data modeling concepts</li><li>
Proven ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues and proactively identify and resolve data quality problems to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting</li><li>
Experience in data preparation tasks such as cleansing, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting</li><li>
Strong grasp of data governance principles, including documentation, version control, and meta data management</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries</li><li>
Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy standards</li><li>
Exposure to marketing or operational reporting environments</li><li>

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. 

$66,800 - $91,100 per year 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
