Job Responsibilities:

<li>Assembles trays with selected menu items. Assist in serving of hot food as needed.</li>
<li>Delivers meal trays in truck to patient care unit(s).</li>
<li>Delivers meal trays to the patient's bedside.</li>
<li>Retrieves soiled trays from the patient bedside and return food truck to the kitchen.</li>
<li>Keeps menu tally and totals. Inserts new menus and pull discharges to ensure new patients receive meals in a timely manner and meals are not sent for discharged patients.</li>
<li>Checks and restocks floor supplies.</li>
<li>Answers phones in a prompt and courteous manner and records calls on the Diet Office log as necessary.</li></ul> 


Minimum Qualifications: 
To qualify you must have a Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college and/or higher academic standing preferred. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, bi-lingual a plus. Must have basic math, grammar, computer and key boarding skills. Must have interpersonal skills, and ability to perform service recovery is necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, employees and staff. Ability to walk to assigned nursing units several times per day. Previous hospital Food Service menu processing a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 
Job Summary 
The Operations Associate I supports day-to-day operational performance by compiling, maintaining, and analyzing workforce and operational data that informs management decision-making. This role assists in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that track staffing levels, productivity, and key operational metrics. The Operations Associate I prepares regular performance and disbursement reports, ensures data accuracy, and maintains detailed records related to agent and workforce information.
Working closely with operations leadership, this position helps monitor performance trends, supports reporting deadlines, and contributes to tools and processes that improve operational visibility and efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing/Timesheet<ul><li>
Will be responsible for receiving purchase order requests</li><li>
Enter timesheets and invoices daily</li><li>
Analyzes staffing and production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul>
Workforce Metrics &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>
Maintains and updates detailed staffing records, including agent schedules, extensions, program assignments, and productivity data.</li><li>
Achieve IPH goals</li></ul>
Operational Efficiency &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>
Collaborates with management to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li>
Manages multiple deliverables and reporting schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Applies strong attention to detail, spreadsheet expertise, and Microsoft Office skills to streamline reporting and operational workflows.</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li>
