GENERAL SUMMARY
 The incumbent must possess a working knowledge of residential lending with the proven ability to increase mortgage loan production by developing business contacts and attracting mortgage clients. Able to assist applicants in completing the mortgage loan application package. Assist applicants in assembling the required documents and answering applicants’ questions about loan programs and pricing. This position is expected to be an outside sales position, meaning that the incumbent is expected to spend the majority of his/her work time away from the Bank’s offices meeting with clients and potential clients to sell the Bank’s mortgage products. Duties aside from sales include, collecting conditions – office work directly related to “general business operations” of the client, determine if the conditions collected are the correct items for the underwriter to make an informed decision – exercise of independent judgement and discretion about matters of significance.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 <ul>
<li>Attracts new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the community, specifically with the real estate community and other sources to proactively solicit new business. This includes making outside sales calls to prospective clients.</li>
<li>Conducts sales-related activities that enhance the Bank’s image in the local community and raise the public’s awareness of the Bank’s mortgage and banking products and services. This includes conducting home loan education seminars and participating with real estate affiliated organizations.</li>
<li>Participates and assists in community development/outreach with the CRA team to help generate loans for the low to moderate income communities. Builds partnerships with local Community Development Centers to help generate qualified CRA loans.</li>
<li>Works with clients primarily in-person and at the client’s home, business office or other locations away from the Bank’s offices to complete application packages and submit files for underwriting and processing in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assists clients to complete loan applications. Gathers information and processes each file from initial approval to closing in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Acts as a liaison between branches, underwriter, closing agents and other related parties.</li>
<li>Interviews clients and potential clients to develop a clear understanding regarding their product needs and determine the appropriate product, terms, and pricing that best suits their needs.</li>
<li>Answers all product and pricing-related inquiries from potential clients, branch/lending personnel and outside sales contacts.</li>
<li>Manages their loan pipeline to meet specific loan volume origination goals as established by management.</li>
<li>Makes in-person calls on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources to develop borrower leads.</li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable with all bank products with a proven track record in loan closings.</li>
<li>Provides support and training to branches as needed. Works with our business partners with loan referrals.</li>
<li>Updates their personal job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Education: Associates Degree preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a bank residential lending sales environment. Experience working as an outside sales professional is preferred.</li>
<li>Licensing: Must possess an active registration or be eligible for registration under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) within 90 days of hire.</li>
<li>Skills/Ability: Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to adapt well to a fast paced and constantly changing business environment; PC proficient at the intermediate level; demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment; demonstrated ability to provide good client service; Bilingual is a plus.</li>

Position Summary

The role of Administrative Manager sits in the Office of Academic Affairs under the SVP/Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC). The Office of Academic Affairs works with over 9,500 faculty and researchers across the four health science schools at CUIMC. The SVP/Vice Dean leads several offices and initiatives that support the needs of faculty and researchers, including the Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Faculty Affairs, the Office of Faculty Professional Development and Engagement, the Office of Professionalism, the CUIMC International Students and Scholars Office, and Conflict of Interest.

The Administrative Manager of the Office for Academic Affairs will provide executive-level support to the SVP for Faculty Affairs and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and will manage the day-to-day logistics of the busy Academic Affairs office. The Administrative Manager will also be responsible for managing the Professorship process and the Faculty of Council, both are crucial functions of the Vice Dean/SVP.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Faculty Professional Development and Engagement and the SVP/Vice Dean for Faculty Affairs, the Administrative Manager will assume the SVP's day-to-day calendar, schedule and confirm meetings, coordinate meetings and conferences, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare materials relevant to meetings. The Administrative Manager will provide discreet and confidential executive administrative assistance to the SVP, interacting with executive staff and office staff and providing information to all levels of university administrators as appropriate. The Administrative Manager will review, read, distribute, and respond to correspondence when appropriate; screen and monitor calls, field questions, or forward them to the appropriate person; send internal/external communications via regular mail or email; develop and maintain filing system into a readily retrievable format; and prepare agendas. The Tomo Systematic Capital Markets analyst will support and eventually drive automation and systemization in pricing, loan product creation, and investor relations with correspondent banks.

Improve efficiency and accuracy in our lock workflows to ensure sales and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner</li><li>

The City College of New York (CCNY), a senior college of The City University of New York (CUNY), seeks an innovative Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Communications (AVP) to lead a modern, data-driven transformation of the College's digital experience and institutional brand. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Communications and External Relations, the AVP serves as CCNY's chief communications and brand officer, responsible for a unified strategy across marketing, creative, digital, web, media relations, and public affairs.
The successful candidate will shape CCNY's marketing and communications ecosystem with a forward-looking vision centered on customer-grade digital UX, brand consistency, and audience-focused engagement. The AVP will elevate CCNY's public website and digital channels, mature analytics and insights, implement governance and accessibility standards, and orchestrate compelling storytelling that advances recruitment, reputation, fundraising, and community engagement.

Digital Strategy &amp; Web Leadership
