Our investment banking practice at BTIG encompasses a wide variety of services, including public and private offerings, convertible debt offerings and M&amp;A advisory assignments. This position would require the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with primary responsibilities for the day-to-day management of ongoing assignments, the development of materials for board level discussions, and new business generation.

This dynamic team coordinates deal closings and integrations, manages 70+ banking partnerships, supports selection programs, and ensures rigorous compliance standards.
