The Leasing Consultant will assist Community Managers with leasing and occupancy at all properties as well as assist with marketing efforts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
Assist Community Manager with the following:<ul><li>
Entering and closing work orders</li><li>
First point of contact for all prospects and residents</li><li>
Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours</li><li>
Upkeep in the model unit as well as the pathway to the model unit</li></ul>
Resident Management:<ul><li>
Constantly try to achieve 95% or higher collected occupancy rate.</li><li>
Strive to renew 100% of all Resident leases at or close to market and 30 days prior to expiration. Use the budgeted rent schedule or approved prices from Management Company.</li><li>
Perform duty of showing, accepting application and completing the lease process for current and future available units.</li><li>
Ensure all applications are completed accurately and processed according to the guidelines in the section Applications/Leases/Move-ins.</li><li>
Submit all lease and applications to Property Manager immediately upon completion with appropriate deposit dollars.</li><li>
Ensure all leases are signed and money paid prior to issuance of property keys and access codes.</li><li>
Complete resident move-in and move-out checklists with residents.</li><li>
Deliver completed lease to Management Company within 24 hours of resident move-in.</li><li>
Complete the vacate settlement statement and return it and all lease copies to the office within one week.</li><li>
Complete weekly activity summary and time log and submit as required each week to the Management Company office.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality on all matters pertaining to the property, ownership and residents.</li><li>
Conduct all business in accordance with the company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other federal, state and local laws pertaining to multi-family housing.</li><li>
Ensure clean move-ins, complete unit inspections and place move-in gifts as appropriate.</li></ul>
Marketing responsibilities:<ul><li>
Study the surrounding market, noting trends and opportunities with respect to such items as utilities, parking, value-added services and community needs.</li><li>
Complete property surveys of neighboring properties focusing on amenities, rents, concessions, and property curb appeal.</li><li>
Conduct Open Houses and participate in other special events as requested by Corporate Managers.</li><li>
Distribute all resident communication when asked (newsletters, notices, etc).</li><li>
Design and recommend to Management Company resident retention and incentive programs. Implement these programs after approval.</li><li>
Post vacant apartments on Craigslist and other suitable and approved marketing venues as defined by Management Company.</li><li>

Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and provide accurate information directly supports our mission to protect animals and serve the community.
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while gathering critical information and helping callers navigate stressful or emotional situations. Every day you will:
<ul><li>Welcome and guide visitors entering the Administration Building with clarity and care.</li>
<li>Help potential adopters understand Houston SPCA&rsquo;s adoption process, benefits, and policies.</li>
<li>Support pet owners by helping them navigate the &ldquo;Found Animals&rdquo; webpage and entering lost pet reports.</li>
<li>Gather and enter detailed information for cruelty reports and quickly relay urgent cases to investigators.</li>
<li>Dispatch rescue ambulance calls with accuracy and urgency for animals in medical distress.</li>
<li>Provide step-by-step support for emergency drop-off protocols for injured domestic animals and wildlife.</li>
<li>Share information about Houston SPCA programs&mdash;Volunteer &amp; Foster, PetSafe, Critter Camp, Wellness Clinic, and more.</li>
<li>Direct callers to the appropriate departments while maintaining a calm, professional tone.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality for all customers, donors, animals, and internal communications.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What You Bring</h2>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of work experience.</li>
<li>Bilingual preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.</li>
<li>Strong computer and data-entry skills.</li>
<li>Patience, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.</li>
<li>Ability to safely handle animals with gentleness when needed.</li>

Within diagnostic imaging services, the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist supports advanced imaging operations that are critical to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. 
 
The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist works in Diagnostic Imaging Department and plays a direct role in patient care by performing specialized MRI procedures. The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist collaborates with radiologists, clinicians, physicists, and care teams across UT MD Anderson to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality imaging services. 
 
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency in MRI imaging, hands-on clinical experience in patient care, and appropriate licensure or certification aligned with MRI technology. Responsibilities 
 
Patient Care &amp; Safety
 
<ul><li>Perform patient care activities including POCT, IV insertion, assessments, education, and transportation</li><li>Screen patients for implanted devices and manage imaging safety clearance processes</li><li>Maintain strict control of MRI clinical zones and ensure adherence to MRI safety standards</li><li>Recognize patient distress and initiate emergency response procedures as needed</li><li>Administer contrast agents following the six rights of medication administration</li><li>Apply age-specific criteria and escalate critical findings to radiologists</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation across all required systems</li><li>Support infection control practices including aseptic technique and proper equipment handling</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging and patient care areas</li></ul> 
Clinical Operations &amp; Workflow
 
<ul><li>Coordinate imaging procedures with clinicians and radiology faculty</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clinical questions</li><li>Manage patient flow to minimize delays and improve on-time starts</li><li>Prepare imaging rooms and escort patients to reduce turnaround time</li><li>Execute downtime procedures during system failures and report to supervisors</li><li>Use communication tools effectively including whiteboards, paging systems, and email</li><li>Ensure timely image transfer to PACS and complete handoffs using SBAR</li><li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and patient experience</li><li>Document and escalate incidents or patient concerns within required timelines</li><li>Engage in ongoing training and departmental meetings</li></ul> 
Technical Imaging Expertise
 
<ul><li>Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with high technical proficiency</li><li>Ensure correct imaging parameters, positioning, and anatomical accuracy</li><li>Apply MRI physics knowledge to optimize image quality and outcomes</li><li>Maintain productivity standards and minimize technical errors</li><li>Operate MR equipment independently and complete quality assurance activities</li><li>Troubleshoot imaging issues with engineering and physics teams</li><li>Perform general x-ray procedures when required by patient need</li><li>Accurately enter imaging, billing, and patient data into clinical systems</li><li>Maintain knowledge of coding, billing, and compliance requirements</li><li>Support equipment maintenance logs and operational readiness</li></ul>
