General Overview of Position
The Sales Support Specialist role is responsible for coordinating and executing the Customer Onboarding process which includes the Account Set-Up and Revenue Realization processes. This role focuses on accuracy, documentation, coordination, and process execution rather than people management. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales Support and works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Field Teams, and administrative departments to ensure new construction projects, scope changes, and required documentation are accurately set up, tracked, and delivered.
