The Treatment Director provides clinical leadership, supports foster families and staff, ensures quality treatment services, and helps maintain compliance with Texas Child Placing Agency Minimum Standards.Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral science field.</li><li>Current Texas license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW under supervision, or other qualifying license).</li><li>At least three (3) years of experience providing treatment services to children with emotional or behavioral needs.</li><li>Experience working in foster care, residential treatment, or child welfare is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavior management, and child development.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li></ul>Essential Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the agency's treatment program and therapeutic services.</li><li>Develop, review, and monitor treatment plans for youth receiving treatment services.</li><li>Provide clinical guidance and support to case managers, therapists, and foster families.</li><li>Supervise contracted or agency therapists as needed.</li><li>Assist with crisis intervention and placement stabilization.</li><li>Ensure services meet Texas licensing standards and agency policies.</li><li>Conduct clinical file reviews and participate in quality assurance activities.</li><li>Provide staff training on trauma-informed care, behavior management, and therapeutic interventions.</li><li>Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate with community providers, DFPS, and other professionals.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and support agency compliance during audits and inspections.</li></ul>Preferred ExperienceExperience with:<ul><li>Foster Care or Child Placing Agencies</li><li>DFPS/CPS</li><li>TBRI&reg;</li><li>Trauma-informed care</li><li>Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD)</li></ul>Why Join All Kids First?At All Kids First, we are committed to providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic homes for children in foster care.
