Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting and effectively communicating to our company&rsquo;s Field Service Technicians as well as our customers. They will assign orders and service calls ensuring that our customers receive prompt customer service on their warehouse equipment.
Key Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Review and process service requests, geographically dispatching an appropriate technician with proper skill set, paperwork, parts, and information.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills enabling effective communication with customers and technicians to ensure service calls are complete and when required, following up with technicians and other departments to finalize repairs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Scheduling Planned Maintenance with customers.</li><li>

In filling a customer's order, baristas must address numerous factors, including the grind of the espresso, the pressure of the tamp, the speed at which the espresso shot is pulled, the temperature of the milk and the kind of serving cup. 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product to enhance service and meet sales goals.</li><li>
Offers customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment.</li><li>
Creates opportunities for customer to interact with the product.</li><li>
Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.</li><li>
Prepares beverages to standards.</li><li>
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.</li><li>
Follows store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.</li><li>
Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.</li><li>
Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.</li><li>
Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with customer&rsquo;s and team members.</li><li>
Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.</li><li>
Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines.</li><li>
Contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.</li></ul> 
Skills and Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).</li><li>
Customer service experience required. Some coffee experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to learn quickly</li><li>
