The Clinical Director (CD) is a vital clinical leader who plays a meaningful role in supporting and mentoring our center-based BCBAs while elevating the quality of care, strengthening team engagement, and contributing to the growth and success of the center. Working closely with center leadership, the CD helps guide daily clinical operations and maintains a small, manageable caseload of comprehensive service clients. Through thoughtful coaching, strategic planning, and ongoing quality monitoring, this role ensures strong clinical outcomes while fostering a positive, supportive, and rewarding work environment for the entire team.

What You'll Do

<li>Manage a small caseload of 4-5 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 22 hours</li>

<div>The Behavioral Health Clinician is a Master&rsquo;s-level licensed or license-eligible therapist responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This role supports individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions and may operate across multiple service lines, including outpatient therapy, crisis assessment and intervention, and specialized programming (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis), depending on program assignment. The Clinician promotes recovery, symptom stabilization, and improved functioning through person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed approaches, trauma-informed care)</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and psychiatric assessments, including suicide and risk evaluations</li>

maintain organized grant files.</li></ul>Financial Statements &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and update standard nonprofit financial statements, including the Statement of Financial Position (Balance Sheet), Statement of Activities (Income Statement), and Statement of Cash Flows.</li><li>Generate budget-to-actual reports, fund-level expenditure reports, and other financial summaries for management and board review.</li><li>Assist the CFO/CDO in preparing the annual Form 990 and supporting schedules.</li><li>Prepare supporting documentation and schedules for external auditors;
