 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, organize, and process invoices and approved purchase requests with proper coding and documentation; prepare weekly payables summaries and track outstanding obligations.

 Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and support quarterly intercompany reconciliations.
 </li>

 Record transactions accurately in the general ledger and maintain account balances.

About the Role

HERE is growing, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting &amp; Operations Analyst to join our team! This hybrid role is approximately 60% Finance-focused and 40% general Operations.

This is a junior-level position and an excellent opportunity for an individual with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to take ownership of core daily financial functions. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the team's efficiency, particularly as we optimize our NetSuite ERP system.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000
