We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is passionate about supporting the organization&rsquo;s mission.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Constantly review and fact check accounting records for accuracy, notifying senior staff of any accounting errors or potential ones</li><li>Track invoices and payments, creating a systemic way of documenting all transaction details</li><li>Maintain a system for organizing company documents.</li><li>Minimize payroll and accounting errors</li><li>Have baseline knowledge of accounting</li><li>Understand how to use accounting software systems</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and processing accurate records and timely processing and tracking of payroll data in accordance with state and federal requirements</li><li>Sets up and maintains all files necessary to support orderly processing of payrolls</li><li>Responsible for maintenance of all payroll and financial records as well as putting together financial reports</li><li>Know payroll and financial softwares or possess the ability to learn them quickly and efficiently</li><li>Maintain a complete and systematic set of records of all financial transactions of the individual Program funds</li><li>Coordinate certain routine HR and payroll functions including time and attendance, new hire/onboarding processing, and pay adjustments</li><li>Communicate with hiring manager to ensure all necessary fiscal documents have been obtained prior to new hire start date</li><li>Verify that all forms received are current approved versions before submission/entry (i.e. direct deposit forms, stop pays) .</li><li>Provide highest level confidentiality when handling and/or reviewing private information such as; social security numbers, banking account information, W-2 information, etc.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for payroll and financially-related inquiries including but not limited to documents and their interpretation, maintenance and record keeping</li></ul>Skills and Experience:<ul><li>3-5 + years of bookkeeping experience</li><li>Have a detailed understanding of payroll practices and policies and be lightly familiar with employee garnishments, federal and state tax levies, child support deductions, etc.</li><li>Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to use MS Office, Google suite and have great commands of technology</li><li>Analytical, communications and organizational skills</li><li>Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.</li><li>Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics</li><li>Experience using Accelerator , Quickbooks, ADP or something similar is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Did you read the job description in its entirety including, the hourly rate, duties, location, and requirements?</li><li>This position requires someone who is flexible and has a flexible schedule.  About The Role
 
 
 
 Red Rabbit is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance Team. This role supports the day-to-day financial operations of a growing, multi-state organization and plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting.
 
 
 This is a hands-on, execution-focused position within a collaborative finance function. It is a part-time individual contributor role with meaningful responsibility and accountability.
 
 
 The Bookkeeper will work closely with the CFO and other members of the Finance Team to ensure clean books, strong internal controls, and reliable financial visibility across the organization.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Core Accounting

 Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger in Xero

 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

 Process vendor payments and customer invoicing

 Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly

 An Ultra High Net Worth Family Office is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper/Accountant to join its lean team. This SFO has been established to manage generational wealth across a myriad of investments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a confidential environment that supports UHNW individuals. This is a small, collaborative group with a great culture, and you&rsquo;ll work hand in hand with the Controller.
 
 
 
 
 
 Working hours are flexible, as this does not have to be a traditional 9-5 role; however, the company is targeting roughly 25 p/week to start with potential for additional hours as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, organize, and process invoices and approved purchase requests with proper coding and documentation; prepare weekly payables summaries and track outstanding obligations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and support quarterly intercompany reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record transactions accurately in the general ledger and maintain account balances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized digital financial records, ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee financial and compliance records for vehicles and artwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships, monitor invoices and contracts, maintain payment histories, and support 1099 preparation.

 Comfortable working in QuickBooks, Bill.com and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.

 Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
 </li>

 Proactive team player who takes ownership and operates with a flexible, hands-on approach.
