 As the
 
 Brand Activation Manager

 , you are the operational engine and the &ldquo;hot standby&rdquo; for our Brand Activation Leads. We produce high-stakes, unscripted content where plans change by the minute. Your job is to stabilize that chaos.
 
 
 You manage the logistical and executional reality of complex campaigns end to end, spanning legal compliance, physical logistics, data integrity, and on-set client management. While creative plans may evolve in real time, you ensure that every contractual &ldquo;must-have&rdquo; is delivered.
 
 
 This role is preferably based in the Greenville, NC area and operates 100% in-office, five days per week, except during weeks when production requires weekend work. You will work closely with Production, Legal, Sales, and external clients under tight timelines and shifting conditions.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 
 Campaign Lifecycle &amp; KPI Intelligence:

 Track every campaign element from pre-production through final wrap using Monday.com and own the status of complex, high-value deliverables

 Own the Campaign Wrap Report process for internal archives and external client presentations

 Oversee compliance requirements from third parties such as streamers, including legal clearances, music cue sheets, and talent releases

 Coordinate with editors post-production to ensure all client deliverables are met and timelines are maintained

 Use AI tools (Gemini Pro, Nano, Veo, Canvas) to streamline administrative workflows and asset management

 Act as the immediate backup and right hand to the Brand Activation Lead during shoots, troubleshooting issues so Leads can remain focused on strategy

 What We're Looking For

Overview

The Senior Manager, Marketing &ndash; Fragrance operates as the NA business owner within the US Brand Marketing team; with accountability for brands performance, marketing strategy development, budget management, and execution for the Juicy Couture Brand and all assigned Prestige Fragrance franchises. The role owns key aspects of the business end-to-end and brings a clear strategic point of view to brand and portfolio decisions.

This role sits within the broader NA portfolio framework and translates portfolio priorities into brand-level strategy and results.

The Senior Manager reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director, and partners closely with Integrated Marketing Communication Team, Trade Marketing, Sales, Education &amp; Merchandising and Global Marketing to drive commercial performance and brand equity for the Fragrance portfolio. This role manages key relationships across partners and can serve as a back-up for Sandra when out or where needed to ensure continuity in decision-making and execution.

This is a deliberately focused role &mdash; scoped to enable deep channel ownership, faster decision-making, and full accountability for the portfolio. The Senior Manager owns the Fragrance marketing budget end-to-end for the allocated portfolio, from annual planning and allocation through in-market investment decisions and ROI tracking. This position is architected around execution excellence and channel mastery within a clearly defined scope, with responsibility for proactive problem solving and shaping strategy within the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy &amp; Business Ownership

<li>Own the full US marketing strategy for Juicy Couture &amp; Prestige Fragrances, from annual planning through in-market execution, with accountability for portfolio performance and business results.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary US business owner of the portfolio &mdash; accountable for commercial performance, brand positioning, portfolio health, and bringing a clear strategic point of view to business decisions and trade-offs.</li>
<li>Develop and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation, channel priorities, investment choices, and ROI targets, while proactively identifying opportunities and risks.</li>
<li>Provide strategic leadership on pricing, forecasting, innovation pipeline, and new product feasibility for the allocated portfolio, making recommendations grounded in business performance and consumer insight.</li>

Go-to-Market Execution

<li>Lead the development and execution of 360&deg; launch plans for Juicy Couture and the Prestige portfolio, partnering with IMC cross-functional teams (Digital/Social, PR/Influencer, Media, E-commerce, Retail Experience) to ensure alignment to brand strategy and commercial objectives.</li>
<li>Manage key relationships with Trade Marketing and lead retail strategy recommendations that drive sell-through, proactively solve business challenges, and maximize in-market impact for the portfolio.</li>

<li>Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs; synthesize findings into clear recommendations and present business implications and proposed actions to senior leadership.</li>

Qualifications:

Required
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in brand marketing or marketing management, with demonstrated ownership of a product category, business franchise, or comparable scope of responsibility.</li>
<li>Experience in beauty, personal care, fragrance, or luxury consumer goods preferred.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and execute 360&deg; marketing plans independently, from strategic planning through in-market activation, with sound judgment and a clear point of view.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills; experience with Circana, retail performance data, and consumer insights.</li>
<li>Collaborative working style with demonstrated ability to manage key cross-functional relationships and influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.</li>

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

 The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing/PR role at Coty offers exposure to luxury brands and impact shaping US press and influencer work.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As our Assistant Manager, you will report to our Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing/Public Relations and support the team in the development and execution of US press and influencer strategies for a portfolio of fragrance brands (BOSS and Gucci Fragrances) to maximize social content, press coverage and positive consumer engagement. The Assistant Manager will help shape and execute 360&deg; programs that maximize brand awareness, consideration, and demand&mdash;spanning paid and earned influencer initiatives, press outreach and event execution. Additionally, they will support the team in budget management, external agency management, as well as the creation of strategic activation evaluations and recaps.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Assistant Manager, PR &amp; Influencer Marketing, should excel at managing multiple priorities, staying highly organized with strong communication skills, and approaching work proactively with a positive, collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate is an avid social media consumer, who is in tune with digital trends and the influencers and competitive brands setting those trends. The position calls for a team-player and consummate professional with a positive attitude who will represent the department and brands in a positive light and serve as department ambassador both internally and externally, communicating effectively on behalf of the team/brands.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your main focus:
 
 
 
 Influencer Management &amp; Execution:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in the creation, management and execution of US influencer paid campaigns and unpaid activations to secure extensive social coverage and awareness across a variety of social platforms in the US market
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an understanding of the overall influencer landscape and functionality related to each social media platform; research and stay up-to-date on top tier influencer brand partnerships and monitor competitive partnerships regularly; share updates to Leadership as requested
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in management of external agencies on the execution of influencer initiatives, developing content briefings and contract negotiations to ensure strategic and executional excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution of local and global events, tastemaker partnerships, sponsorships, and in‑market activations
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee purchase order process for timely payments of agencies, influencer partners and contracted vendors
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Press Management &amp; Execution:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing the US editorial strategy to help secure earned features, product placements, and brand storytelling moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Originate and execute pitches relating to brand news, innovations, trends and seasonal angles to key beauty editors and writers
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage creation and distribution of press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, media alerts, and Q&amp;A documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day‑to‑day press requests, including sample sends, image requests, product information, and expert commentary
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong editorial relationships to support ongoing earned press coverage
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 PR &amp; Influencer Reporting, Analysis &amp; Recommendations:
 
 <ul>

 Oversee all PR and influencer reporting, including press coverage tracking, influencer performance monitoring, and recap development across platforms such as Traackr, DMR, and supplemental tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze press and influencer activations to identify key insights, trends, and optimization opportunities that inform broader brand strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update trackers for pending requests, coverage status, influencer deliverables, and content performance to ensure real‑time visibility across programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of strategic recommendations that strengthen earned media impact, refine influencer partnerships, and enhance 360&deg; campaign performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Business Processes &amp; Operations:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in managing detailed brand budgets across influencer, press, and event programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee purchase orders, timely processing of invoices, and payments for agencies, influencer partners, and vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage forecasts and product orders using SAP/Ariba and coordinate with local IM and cross‑functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage product closet inventory with accuracy, organization, and allocation strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth operational flow between teams by maintaining organized documentation and efficient internal processes
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Team Support &amp; Communication:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison with Global Influencer Marketing, US/Global Marketing, Digital, Media, E‑Comm, and agency partners to support 360&deg; communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across the PR/IM team on cross‑portfolio initiatives, including desksides, award submissions, and press moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the department and uphold Coty&rsquo;s luxury brand standards
 </li>
