UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE</b></div><div>
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Channel Manager to oversee maintaining, updating, and ensuring visibility and functionality of CCS&rsquo;s website and digital platforms, including HubSpot and WordPress. This role is responsible for managing platform operations, publishing content when needed, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking digital performance metrics. The Digital Marketing Channel Manager will serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, including web developers, hosting providers, and SEO consultants, and will stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices to continuously improve digital operations.</div><div><br>

RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as the primary manager of CCS&rsquo;s website and digital platforms, overseeing updates, integrations, features, and platform stability</li><li>
Collaborate with external vendors, web developers, and hosting providers to ensure smooth operation and timely improvements</li><li>
Partner with the Business Intelligence Team to manage the firm&rsquo;s HubSpot Marketing instance, including automation, workflows, forms, integrations, and formatting emails and landing pages</li><li>
Support cross-functional teams across Marketing and Business Intelligence to enable digital initiatives</li><li>
Publish and maintain digital content as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with CCS&rsquo;s brand and messaging</li><li>
Implement on-page SEO best practices and support keyword research efforts</li></ul><ul><li>
Track and report digital metrics across all platforms to inform leadership and guide operational decisions</li><li>
Monitor email deliverability, CTR, open rates, and unsubscribe trends</li><li>
Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices to optimize site performance and digital operations</li></ul><div>

QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of experience managing websites, digital platforms, and analytics tools</li><li>
Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot</li><li>
Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Monday.com, and Canva</li><li>
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JSON for basic troubleshooting and platform management</li><li>
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li>

Compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
