Education and Experience</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Prior experience in AP preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of GAAP, business principles, and standard operating practices.</li><li>
Knowledge of accounting systems required. Knowledge of MIP preferred.</li><li>
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Team player with a demonstrated ability to initiate and maintain effective and cooperative professional relationships.</li><li>

<b>Purpose of the Position: </b>The purpose of this position is to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics and financial reporting solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy. The role exists to provide strong technical leadership, ensure highquality BI solutions, and enable data driven decision-making across the CPG and Financial Reporting domains. By working closely with finance and business stakeholders, this position ensures that complex data is transformed into meaningful insights that support strategic, operational, and financial objectives.<br>

<b>Key Result Areas and Activities:</b></p>
<ul><li>Lead and deliver BI reporting solutions using Power BI and Strategy.</li>

<li>Strong experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytics architectures.</li>
<li>Proven experience in CPG and Financial Reporting / FP&amp;A domains.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite in LA at least 3 days per week.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desirable Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>Experience migrating or modernizing Strategy to Power BI.</li>
<li>Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).</li>
<li>Background in retail, consumer products, or mediaadjacent environments.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>At least 8+ years of experience in BI/Analytics/Reporting, with strong handson delivery in enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, datasets, and dashboard development.</li>
