<b>BASIC PURPOSE:</b><br>
Responsible to achieve sales and business development targets within a specified industry or geographic area within MSN. <li>Pipeline Development – Proactively target prospects and establish/develop business relationships with key decision makers within prospect and client companies. Achieve targets for pipeline development and prioritization based on established criteria.</li>
<li>Post-Sales Activity – Coordinate with CCH resources for deployment of the client solution.</li>
<li>Business Development – Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and apply a consultative selling approach to create new demand to achieve revenue growth targets.</li>
<li>Analytics – Maintain accurate and aligned sales forecasts and other sales and business development-related reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Leadership – Lead and coordinate with functional department resources supporting the proposal development function and the review of deals to establish financial impact and cost, pricing, risk and benefits.</li>
<li>Collaboration – Work collaboratively with Workforce Solutions leadership team to ensure Sales & Business Development, Implementation & Quality, Operations & Relationship Management, and Consulting Services are aligned. <br>The Operations Training Partner leads the training and coaching of company standards and training programs through partnerships with field operations within an assigned territory to increase overall retention and productivity in the Shacks. This role is accountable for Team Member onboarding and training, New Shack Opening planning and training, Manager training program execution, License Shack training support and the implementation of Company directed initiatives within assigned areas/regions.

Must live within 20 miles of an existing Shake Shack location. Priority candidates live in/near the Chicago area.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
<br>Oversees the execution of Team Member and Manager training within an assigned territory
<br>Provides feedback on Team Member and Manager training materials
<br>Facilitates LTO training and execution in assigned territory
<br>Sources Trainers and executes training for designated NSOs
<br>Partners with Area Directors on post NSO action planning
<br>Develops Trainers to ensure Area self sufficiency for growth
<br>Executes quarterly focus training and implementation
<br>Supports test initiatives and provides feedback to Restaurant Excellence team
<br>Documents Shack visits and provides feedback on training and operations system execution to Area Directors and Management Teams
<br>Facilitates MIT calls and communicates feedback
<br>Supports training projects and adheres to timelines
<br>Partners with Field Ops to support area people planning and Manager development
<br>Supports license and International training and NSO process in assigned areas
<br>Executes Certified Training Shack program in designated areas

Under the direction of the Senior Business Development &amp; Marketing Manager &ndash; Investment Funds, this position will work closely with firm lawyers and other members of the Marketing &amp; Business Development Department to support select marketing and business development activities for the Investment Funds Practice Group.
