About The Opportunity
As an Associate in the Restaurant Success team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing relationships with restaurants within the SMB organization. Your primary responsibility will be managing an assigned book of business, with a focus on retention and engagement. You will effectively manage SLAs to meet turnaround time expectations while providing a great merchant experience.</li><li>
In addition to managing your book of business, you will also be responsible for a round-robin queue. Your responsibilities here include resolving partner issues, answering questions, and updating account information as needed.</li></ul>
What You Bring to the Table<ul><li>
1-2 years of customer service experience. Experience working with restaurant owners is a major plus. Restaurant experience is also a plus!</li><li>
Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs. Experience with Salesforce.com, Zendesk, or similar CRMs is a plus!</li><li>

Essential Functions<ul><li>
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Sales Executive, Strategic Accounts,(SESA) is responsible for developing and leading strategic sales initiatives within the territory.</li><li>
The SESA will be responsible for the growth of LifeVest and HFMS market share in their territory, along with achieving sales quotas each year.</li><li>
The (SESA) will increase education, awareness and clinical value of the ZOLL CMS products among targeted hospitals, physicians, and physician practices.</li><li>

QA ASSOCIATE 
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
As a QA Associate, you&rsquo;ll be the front line of food safety and quality assurance on our production floor. You&rsquo;ll ensure products meet all specifications, support HACCP and GMP compliance, and be a critical part of delivering products our customers trust.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Monitor all stages of production to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>
Verify proper scaling of raw materials and mixing processes</li><li>
Check baking and cooling stages for specification compliance</li><li>
Inspect final product for weight, color, and appearance</li><li>
