Mission:
The Business Intelligence Analyst designs, builds, and maintains high-quality dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across IDEA&rsquo;s schools and departments. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, this role executes BI development work within established enterprise standards, leveraging certified semantic definitions and governed datasets to deliver reliable, performant, and user-friendly insights. What You&rsquo;ll Do &ndash; Accountabilities
Essential Duties:<ul><li>

The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will support the development and optimization of advanced AI models and data solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will lead data architecture initiatives, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and verify compliance with data governance standards. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your technical knowledge while driving impactful data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities<ul><li>Proficiency in using Qlikview, Tableau and Qlik Sense, which are data visualization and business intelligence tools.</li><li>Ability to develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports.</li><li>Skills in data modeling, scripting, and creating interactive visual analytics.</li><li>Understanding of data sources, data integration, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.</li><li>Experience in interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Qlik products.</li><li>Support the development of advanced AI models and data solutions</li><li>Lead initiatives in data architecture and refinement</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on projects</li><li>Confirm adherence to data governance and compliance standards</li><li>Analyze data to drive strategic decision-making</li><li>Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation in data strategies</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders</li></ul>
