</li><li>Prepare and Submit Monthly Reports such as Monthly Manpower Report, Monthly Projects Completion Report, dock occupancy and jetty occupancy reports.
</li><li>Preparation of Monthly Manpower Planning &amp; forecast.
</li><li>Preparation of Cost Report for Marine Projects.
</li><li>Monitor project progress by task on a daily basis as assigned
</li><li>Highlight to Manager - Planning regarding Project Challenges and Issues.
</li><li>Prepare a Consolidated Report for Project Status
</li><li>Implement and maintain within their area of responsibility and accountability, compliance to all Milaha Health &amp; Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, manuals, procedures, laws, regulations and standards.
