</h1>The Business Operations Analyst supports the Legal Solutions Business Unit by operating and continuously improving the business management cadence&mdash;helping produce accurate, timely, and executive-ready reporting tied to key operational metrics. This role will be an integral part of the Energy Training team that manages the design, development, delivery, and administration of relevant learning programs on behalf of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services&rsquo; (DCAS) Division of Energy Management. This program prepares City facilities personnel to make energy-smart decisions that assist the City of New York in meeting its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction goals. The Program Director, Energy Training has an integral role in ensuring the overall effective operation of the Training Operations and Program Effectiveness workstreams.
The role leads a training team that includes a Senior Program Manager, Training Operations, and a Senior Program Manager, Program Effectiveness.
