<div><p>The Senior Workforce Analyst is responsible for understanding customer service staffing and the factors that impact call volume and other customer touch-points. The primary responsibilities include, developing and overseeing schedules, supporting workforce analyst activities, reporting, and planning solutions to provide valuable insights to management for achieving established KPIs and re-evaluating, if needed. Maintains staff performance by monitoring call volume, adjusting and reallocating staff resources when necessary, and real-time productivity management. Creates and assesses the reporting of statistical data, analyzing trends, and tracking of real-time operational performance of agents within Customer Service. Completes routine forecasting of workforce needs, prepares scheduling based on the forecasts, and collaborates with other departments. Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.<br>

<b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Tracks daily workloads and reconciles to staffing schedules to ensure Customer Service is staffed appropriately. Monitors real-time call queues and real-time staff performance and makes recommendations for adjustments to staffing levels to optimize performance. Alerts management so that adjustments can be made to ensure service level standards are obtained.</li><li>
Communicates with Management, Supervisors, and Trainers on all pertinent business issues, sharing responsibility for meeting service level standards and response time objectives across all contact channels. Forecasts and produces staff shift schedules taking into consideration offline activities such as coaching, training, administrative activities, and process changes that could negatively impact scheduling needs.</li><li>
Assists with training and development of Workforce Management staff to include utilizing workforce management techniques.</li><li>
Collects, analyzes, and maintains statistical data in order to develop short/long range scheduling forecast for entire Customer Service section. Reviews and summarizes agent productivity and adherence data for the creation of the monthly reports.</li><li>
Develops innovative schedules based on inbound volume and staff production trends in preparation for the staff schedule bid process. Tracks schedule bid rankings and distributes results to management.</li><li>
Assists Workforce Management Analyst in planning work load, work flow, work objectives and time utilization of workforce.</li></ul><br>

This position supports the interprofessional team in delivering high quality patient care during transit. The Transporter position moves inpatients and outpatients to diagnostic testing and therapeutic areas, clinics, physician's offices, admissions and discharges throughout the complex. <div>The Patient Care Technician position on G17- Stem Cell Transplantation &amp; Cellular Therapy unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse, and directly impacts patient comfort and outcome of care.<br>

POSITION SUMMARY</b><br>
The Operations Manager - BioServices role ensures all operational activities are executed accurately and timely, following specific procedures and processes defined in work instructions created by Program Managers. The responsibilities of the Operations Manager - BioServices involves overseeing all projects performed in the BioServices area for multiple commercial and government clients and assembling various types of kits and label printing. These materials are stored at ambient (room temperature) to below freezing (including cryogenic) with potentially hazardous properties. This role will also require communicating with Program Managers, scheduling work and supervising staff, writing and updating SOPs, and other project-related activities.</p><p></p><div><b>
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (</b><b><i>include but are not limited to</i></b><b>):</b><br>
<ul><li>Lead and direct the safety and quality of daily operations. Oversee all tasks on the floor including Inventory System operations; aid and troubleshoot discrepancies when required.</li><li>Coordinate with program managers, customer service, and logistic center to ensure on-time delivery of project work and deadlines.</li><li>Will effectively communicate to ensure all project related information is conveyed in a timely and comprehensive manner.</li><li>Ensure all activities follow health, safety, and environmental statutory, regulatory, and company regulations.</li><li>Assure the on-time completion of document review (batch records, receipts, shipment orders, daily routine tasks, inspections, and logbooks) for completeness and accuracy. Ensures all job-related paperwork is correct, error-free, and completed as per SOPs.</li><li>Demonstrate solid technical writing abilities.
