 , you are the operational engine and the &ldquo;hot standby&rdquo; for our Brand Activation Leads. We produce high-stakes, unscripted content where plans change by the minute. Your job is to stabilize that chaos.
 
 
 You manage the logistical and executional reality of complex campaigns end to end, spanning legal compliance, physical logistics, data integrity, and on-set client management. While creative plans may evolve in real time, you ensure that every contractual &ldquo;must-have&rdquo; is delivered.
 
 
 This role is preferably based in the Greenville, NC area and operates 100% in-office, five days per week, except during weeks when production requires weekend work. You will work closely with Production, Legal, Sales, and external clients under tight timelines and shifting conditions.

 Campaign Lifecycle &amp; KPI Intelligence:

As a Creative Strategy Analyst, you are responsible for managing the campaign direction for multiple, high priority, clients. You plan (ideate) and prepare (brief writing) compelling visual and written content end to end with a polished finish. Your creative and content enhances our clients&rsquo; paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more) with measurable results across a portfolio of brands.
