<p></p><div><div>The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for managing an assigned territory focused on supporting Reimbursement and Patient services by providing assistance with patient reimbursement challenges for a specific drug (including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals) and educating the office on Payer landscape and services available through both remote interaction and on-site training. This position is client-facing and customer-facing and requires the ability to build relationships with physician offices as well as manufacturer representatives to effectively deliver services based on customer specific preferences. The Field Reimbursement Manager works independently in a fast paced, highly visible environment as well as collaboratively with the internal program hub support services to ensure all customer needs are met. FRM will frequently interact via telephone with providers and internal staff to arrange site visits, Manufacturer trainings, and educational training venues. Must have a solid working knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans and benefit structures in order to relay detailed benefit information and maximize the customer experience. Position will require travel, project management and/or account coordination based on client expectation.</div>
</div><p></p><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Provide on-site and on-demand education (including Lunch and Learns or Dinner presentations) for the office staff in regard to Reimbursement challenges and support services that are available. Office interaction will include education and reimbursement support. On-site/virtual interactions will average 15 per week. These activities are recorded in FRM CRM daily with reporting to manager weekly.</p>
</li><li><p>Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage and patient communication streams. Monthly activity reporting captures educational topics at FRM level reportable to client based on client expectation. This trended data is also reported quarterly to client.</p>
</li><li><p>Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, appropriate claims submission, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Benefit Interpretation, understanding medical necessity, claims and appeal assistance, information related to co-pay assistance and patient assistance programs. FRM will collaborate with case manager on average of 4/month and ad hoc as needed for escalations. These interactions are tracked in FRM CRM and hub system.</p>
</li><li><p>Responsible for setting up appointments and completing outbound calls to targeted offices. Assist in completing backlog casework. Additional day-to-day in-office work. Interface with physicians and manufacturer representatives to obtain and provide patient and provider specific information. All FRM interactions/activities are tracked in FRM CRM which are reportable to management and client.</p>
</li><li><p>Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives in accordance with expectations. Territory performance will be monitored via FRM CRM dashboard daily. Trending results will be identified through quarterly reporting. Additionally, clients have the option to survey customers on program performance.</p>
</li><li><p>Research and compile provider / manufacturer representative specific information for reimbursement database. (Includes account profiles) FRM will create a facility database on each new provider in FRM CRM. All interactions/activities are built utilizing this database.</p>

</div><div><div><div>ABOUT THE CCRB:
<br>
<br>
The Civilian Complaint Review Board (&ldquo;CCRB&rdquo;) is charged with investigating, mediating, and prosecuting complaints which members of the public file against New York City police officers alleging the use of force, abuse of authority, discourtesy, offensive language, untruthful statements made by officers, and racial profiling and biased policing. The Board consists of 15 members who are appointed by the Mayor, the City Council and Public Advocate or designated by the police commissioner. The Board is responsible for governing the agency. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. As the largest police oversight agency in the United States, the CCRB currently investigates approximately 4,500 complaints each year.

ABOUT THE INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION:
<br>
<br>
Led by the Agency&rsquo;s Chief of Investigations, the CCRB&rsquo;s Investigations Division is comprised of:
<br>
<br>
<ul><li>Several General Investigations Squads, tasked with all aspects of investigating cases that fall within the agency&rsquo;s FADO jurisdiction.
</li><li>Two Racial Profiling and Bias-Based Policing Squads (RPBP), tasked with investigating cases that fall within the agency&rsquo;s FADO jurisdiction that also include an allegation or suspicion that an officer&rsquo;s action was motivated by a civilian&rsquo;s membership in any of ten protected categories: race, national origin/ethnicity, color, religion, age, immigration or citizenship status, gender/gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and housing status.
</li><li>A Case Closing Squad, tasked with rapidly completing investigations when the investigator originally assigned to the case is unable to complete the investigation.
</li><li>A Special Operations Unit, tasked with functions that support, facilitate, or supplement all investigations, such as conducting intake interviews, collecting evidence, securing documents and body-worn camera footage, and arranging for cases to be mediated.
</li><li>A Training Unit, tasked with conducting a comprehensive, multi-week training program for newly hired investigators and providing in-service trainings that prepare Investigators to handle all aspects of their jobs.<br>

Under supervision, with latitude for independent action and decision making, Assignment Level II Investigators as part of their job duties will:

<ul><li>Interview witnesses from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
</li><li>Interview New York City police officers, who are represented by union attorneys.
</li><li>Research and obtain documentary evidence for cases including medical and police reports.
</li><li>Draft summaries of interviews.
</li><li>Draft closing reports in which they must concisely describe factual findings, analysis and reasoning employed to arrive at these findings, and write recommendations to the Board.

This position requires 15 months of investigative experience and a Baccalaureate degree or an advanced degree plus 12 months of investigative experience 3.0 GPA with relevant coursework. This position requires a two year commitment.

<br>What You’ll Do
<br>The Director of Social Services is responsible for the overall management and direction of a comprehensive program of social services for a single men’s or women’s shelter with the goal of expeditious placement of residents into permanent housing and providing assistance in becoming self-sufficient. Services include assessments, counseling, service planning, and developing and monitoring linkages with programs that provide entitlements and medical, educational, substance abuse, employment, and mental health services.
<br><br>
<b>Your responsibilities will include:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Provide and ensure delivery of quality services to all residents through direct supervision of a team of Case Managers, Housing Specialists, and Employment Specialists.</li>
<li>Coordinate all case management services, including assessments and development and implementation of service plans.</li>
<li>Act as the point person with subcontractors and/or service providers including, but not limited to, medical providers, mental health providers, and employment services providers.</li>
<li>Identify changing program needs and program gaps and develop new services, service directions, and/or programs to meet client needs.</li>
<li>Ensure all employees in Social Services department receive all mandated training for HELP USA employees, social service employees, and any courses which are indicated for additional professional growth and development as a department or as individuals.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison with other department directors.</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and report on departmental statistics as required by HELP USA, funding bodies, and regulatory agencies.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to all requisite regulations and HELP USA policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
<b>You’re a great fit for this role if you have:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in social work or related field preferred with Bachelor's degree required.</li>
<li>Minimum five years management experience required, including experience working with homeless populations.</li>
<li>Experience working with the NYC Department of Homeless Services is preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of team concepts, preferably in a residential setting.</li>
<li>Computer literate specifically with Microsoft applications required.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.</li>
