The Case Manager for the Downtown Day Services Center (DDSC) plays a vital role in supporting adults experiencing homelessness through compassionate, person-centered care. This position provides case management, therapeutic support, advocacy, and community-based services to individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and other complex health challenges.</p><p>
