</b><br>
The Case Manager will be responsible for providing residential and long term support services to homeless and at-risk adults transitioning into permanent housing. The Case Manager will carry a caseload of approximately 20 to 25 formerly homeless and/or low income individuals.<br>
Case Manager will be required to have frequent contact with tenants, weekly and/or monthly face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations, and aftercare contacts. Frequent electronic exchanges with colleagues is expected <b>.

<b>Responsibilities:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Provide direct case management services (on-site and in the field). Case management services will include but not limited to mental health and substance use assessments, developing and updating service plans, assistance with obtaining public assistance, Social Security benefits/entitlements and other publicly available resources that may be beneficial to the tenant.</li><li>Using a person centered approach, provide case management services and assessments rooted in evidence based models such as Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention and Harm Reduction.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files/charts.</li><li>Coordinate and document clinical case management and psychosocial services while also documenting the overall effectiveness of the case management services provided. Case Managers will develop an Individual Service Plan and review the plan periodically to document process toward goals.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between tenant and community providers.</li><li>Facilitate groups with a focus on life skills, education and support, relapse prevention and mental health counseling.</li><li>Complete referrals to medical, mental health, and other outside providers.</li><li>Collaborate with Workforce Opportunities Staff to assist tenant in developing employment related goals, where applicable.</li><li>Ensure overall compliance with organizational and funder regulations. Adhere to documentation requirements as assigned by leadership and funder regulation/standard.</li><li>Coordinate aftercare services and follow-up contacts for post-discharge updates.</li><li>Conduct outreach and engagement including apartment visits and inspections.</li><li>Participate in community development efforts such as Community Meetings and supporting the residence in establishing partnerships with other providers in the community.</li><li>Work with Property Management staff to assist tenant to meet terms of their lease including timely payment of rent and avoidance of any nuisance behaviors. Mediate landlord-tenant disputes that threaten housing stability.</li><li>Utilize trauma informed interventions and culturally responsive engagement techniques to assist tenants with overcoming barriers to housing stability.</li><li>Participate in community initiatives to fulfill mission to end homelessness.</li><li>Provide crisis intervention as needed.</li><li>Provide all services in a manner that respects cultural differences amongst tenants.</li><li>Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.<b>

<div>The Case Manager provides a full range of direct services to clients living on the streets and pursuing permanent housing. The Case Manager will work within an interdisciplinary team focusing on moving people off the streets of Upper Manhattan into permanent housing and successfully reintegrating into their communities. The Transitional Housing Case Manager will provide comprehensive case management services to LGBTQ+ homeless youth ages 21-24. Duties Include:</b></p><p>
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes: providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Also, the Physical Therapist will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. As well, the Physical Therapist must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patients condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.</p><p></p><p><b>
Requirements/Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.</p></li><li><p>
Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.</p></li><li><p>
The Physical Therapist is responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.</p></li><li><p>

The Role:

The Senior Manager of Tax Transformation and Innovation - Indirect Tax Automation is responsible for managing comprehensive tax transformation initiatives within client tax organizations. The valued team member leads the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tax determination engines for clients transforming their indirect tax operations. This is a technical role focused on delivering high-quality advisory work on tax automation solutions specifically related to sales, use and excise taxes automation.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct indirect tax process assessment and identify automation opportunities across sales tax, VAT/GST, and related tax domains.</li><li>
Evaluate tax determination engine vendors (Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara, etc.) to assess fit against client requirements, complex tax scenarios, and existing ERP set-up and transaction flows.</li><li>
Lead vendor selection process including RFP development, demonstrations, accuracy testing, and business case development.</li><li>
Perform capability assessment across a series of vendors in order to recommend a solution set that fits into client corporate technology strategies.</li><li>
Design tax engine implementation strategies including data setup, configuration approach, system integration, and testing plans.</li><li>
Develop detailed requirements documentation and technical specifications for tax engine implementation.</li><li>
Create and manage an implementation roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements</li><li>
Manage proof-of-concept projects to validate tax engine accuracy and functionality.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance during contract negotiations with vendors.</li><li>
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication, training, and support for impacted teams</li><li>
Provide insights on the design of the indirect tax organization including roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines for purposes of advisory work in tax function redesigns or pre- and post-acquisition tax function integration support</li><li>
Deliver insights on tax as a broader component of finance operations, including in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with tax transformation initiatives</li></ul>
The Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.</li><li>
Advanced certifications highly preferred including: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or industry-specific vendor certifications (Thomson Reuters Certified Implementer, Vertex Certified Implementer, SAP or Oracle certification).</li><li>
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in indirect tax, including involvement and/or oversight of tax determination engine implementations, tax function transformations, and/or tax technology advisory engagements.</li><li>
Expert knowledge of indirect tax (sales tax, VAT/GST, excise tax) compliance and operations.</li><li>
Deep expertise in tax determination engine technology and capabilities (Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara, etc.).</li><li>
Strong technical assessment skills for evaluating tax engines and vendor solutions.</li><li>
Advanced tax rule configuration and system validation expertise.</li><li>
Ability to assess complex indirect tax scenarios and map requirements to technology solutions.</li><li>
