<div>The Case Manager provides a full range of direct services to clients living on the streets and pursuing permanent housing. The Case Manager will work within an interdisciplinary team focusing on moving people off the streets of Upper Manhattan into permanent housing and successfully reintegrating into their communities. The Case Manager&rsquo;s responsibilities will include outreach to clients living on the street as well assisting their caseload with obtaining permanent housing, helping clients live full and satisfying lives in the community, helping their team and program to function well and meeting their contractual obligations including achieving contracted housing placement goals, and striving as appropriate to their role, to fulfill the CUCS programs&rsquo; core purpose, core values and vision statements.</div> 


Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, effective crisis intervention, and a commitment to empowering clients through strengths-based, trauma-informed services. 


Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with clients while creating, implementing, and regularly updating individualized service plans that reflect each client's strengths, goals, and needs.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor client progress, adjusting service plans as appropriate to support long-term stability and recovery.</li><li>
Coordinate comprehensive services and referrals to address housing, healthcare, behavioral health, substance use, employment, education, financial, and social service needs.</li><li>
Assist clients with obtaining and maintaining public benefits by completing applications, coordinating appointments, monitoring renewals, and advocating with federal, state, and local agencies.</li><li>
Support clients in securing and maintaining permanent housing, including housing searches, application completion, move-in coordination, landlord communication, annual recertifications, apartment inspections, and tenancy preservation.</li><li>
Provide crisis intervention, institutional visits, discharge planning, and coordination with hospitals, shelters, emergency responders, and other community providers.</li><li>
Deliver services both onsite and throughout the community, including home visits and accompanying clients to medical appointments, housing interviews, court appearances, benefits offices, schools, job interviews, and other essential appointments.</li><li>
Facilitate individual and group services, including recreational activities, psychoeducational groups, evidence-based interventions, and wellness programming.</li><li>
Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, housekeeping, laundry, hoarding mitigation, pest remediation, donation coordination, and maintaining safe living environments.</li><li>
Support new client admissions by assisting with orientation, distributing essential household items, processing belongings through the PackTite system, and assisting with bed bug remediation when necessary.</li><li>
Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive documentation, including progress notes, assessments, Individualized Living Plans (ILPs), benefit documentation, and other required records in accordance with agency, regulatory, and funder requirements.</li><li>
Maintain required monthly client contact standards and ensure all services are delivered in compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Protect client confidentiality and uphold all ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Participate in required trainings, team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.</li><li>

 What You’ll Do
 We’re looking for a Child Care Clinical Coordinator to work with the Therapeutic Childcare and Recreation programs at HELP Haven, a transitional housing shelter for victims of domestic violence. This is a fabulous opportunity for a recent MSW graduate interested in working with children in a therapeutic setting. You’ll be responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and providing mental health counseling and crisis intervention services to children and their families.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

The Eviction Defense Social Worker is a position in NMIC&rsquo;s Legal, Organizing, &amp; Advocacy (LOA) Department responsible for providing client-centered and compassionate crisis counseling and case management to clients of NMIC&rsquo;s Right-to-Counsel (RTC) legal unit. The social worker will provide crisis intervention, trauma-informed case management, resource coordination, and short-term stabilization planning to help clients maintain housing, address social service needs, and manage the personal impact of eviction and the eviction process. This role works collaboratively with attorneys and legal advocates to support tenants facing housing instability and eviction in New York City Housing Court.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Multimedia Editor / Content Manager is an editorially-led role responsible for shaping and producing high-quality thought leadership and commercial content across text, video, and visual formats for both Storyful's Intelligence and News audiences. This is a senior content role that owns the full content lifecycle, from story identification and editorial planning through to packaging for web, social, and sales, with a strong emphasis on clarity, authority, accuracy, and brand voice. The ideal candidate brings a rigorous editorial sensibility, experience translating complex intelligence and product narratives into compelling content, hands-on multimedia production skills, and the ability to work across formats and business lines in a fast-moving environment.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you will do:</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Editorial Strategy &amp; Content Production</h3><ul><li>
Lead editorial planning across Intelligence and News content pillars, defining themes, formats, and cadence in alignment with core business priorities including brand building, pipeline development, and customer engagement.</li><li>
Produce and commission long-form and short-form content including reports, POVs, blogs, and executive briefings briefing internal and external contributors as needed.</li><li>
Extract and develop executive quotes, data insights, and thought leadership angles from research and product materials.</li><li>
Repurpose and package content for web, sales, and social distribution, ensuring each format is optimised for its channel and audience.</li><li>
Prioritize high-impact, reusable content that can be deployed across campaigns, sales conversations, and executive engagement.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Brand Voice &amp; Editorial Quality Control</h3><ul><li>
Act as the editorial guardian for Storyful's brand voice, tone, and messaging, reviewing and approving outward-facing content and flagging inconsistencies before publication.</li><li>
Edit, fact-check, and QA content produced across the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve tone-of-voice documentation, messaging frameworks, and content standards in partnership with the Head of Marketing &amp; Growth.</li><li>
Uphold visual consistency and narrative discipline across all channels and outputs over time.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Video &amp; Multimedia Production</h3><ul><li>
Lead the development of video concepts and scripts for Intelligence and News audiences, including thought leadership, product, and event content.</li><li>
Storyboard and plan video shoots, managing pre-production logistics and creative direction.</li><li>
Prioritise high-impact, reusable content that can be deployed across campaigns, sales conversations, and executive engagement.</li><li>
Manage freelance videographers and editors as required, briefing and quality-assuring their outputs to ensure brand alignment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Content for Social Distribution</h3><ul><li>
Define platform-specific social strategies and own the monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.</li><li>
Write post copy and brief visuals and video assets for all organic social channels.</li><li>
Support community management and audience engagement across owned platforms.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Website Content &amp; Discoverability</h3><ul><li>
Own the freshness and accuracy of content across Storyful's web properties, regularly refreshing, consolidating, or retiring pages to ensure the site reflects current messaging and priorities.</li><li>
Ensure all web content is consistent in tone, structure, and brand voice in collaboration with the wider marketing team.</li><li>
Apply discoverability best practices &mdash; including metadata, page structure, and content organisation &mdash; to ensure content is findable and performs well organically.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>
Work closely across the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with broader campaign and GTM strategies.</li><li>
Contribute creative assets, content variants, and messaging input to support campaign execution and A/B testing.</li><li>
Support landing page and CTA optimisation by contributing content and copy improvements to conversion workflows.</li><li>
Contribute to event and webinar programming, including agenda development, speaker briefing, and on-the-ground content capture.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge management resources including playbooks, asset libraries, and enablement materials.</li><li>
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure content directly supports sales conversations, client engagement, and conversion.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we&rsquo;re looking for:</h2><ul><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in content production, editorial management, or multimedia journalism in a B2B, media, or agency environment.</li><li>
Exceptional written communication skills with a rigorous editorial sensibility, meticulous on accuracy, brand consistency, and quality across all formats.</li><li>
Hands-on video production and post-production experience, including editing capability across long and short-form content.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple content workstreams across web, social, and sales channels, optimising for each audience and format.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred</h3><ul><li>
Background in media, intelligence, journalism, or communications industries.</li><li>
Experience in a B2B SaaS or data/intelligence product environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for light layout and visual production tasks.</li><li>
Experience working with or briefing freelance contributors, videographers, or designers.</li><li>
Experience producing sales enablement assets &mdash; such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies &mdash; and translating complex product or research content into commercially compelling narratives.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul>
