What Is the Opportunity?

<li>Accountable for interaction with internal and external customers, providing a high caliber of professional service and support.</li>
<li>Willingness to take initiative, anticipate issues, and offer solutions.</li>
<li>Other duties and projects as assigned.</li>

Primary requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge and proven skills with all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong research skills, online search engines, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines under pressure.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask successfully.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to actively listen and ability to keep confidential information.</li>
