The Role 
 
The Senior Claims Analyst, Foreign General Liability is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and performance management of liability claims handled by our FGL carrier. Liability lines may include, but are not limited to, General Liability, Auto Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, and Employer&rsquo;s Liability.
This role ensures that claims are managed in alignment with Hyatt Risk&rsquo;s financial objectives, risk, litigation philosophy, and compliance requirements. While day-to-day claims handling is performed by the carrier the claims manager supports oversight of claim outcomes and provides strategic direction, oversight, and accountability on assigned claims.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Oversee the end‑to‑end handling of Foreign General Liability claims, ensuring efficient resolution, quality investigations, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Apply in‑depth knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and legal requirements to evaluate and adjudicate moderate complexity claims.</li><li>
Review claims, using sound judgment and risk assessment to develop recommendations and support informed decision‑making.</li><li>
Partner with carriers, TPAs, outside counsel, brokers, carriers, and consultants to ensure effective communication, alignment on strategy, and optimal claims outcomes.</li><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to Risk Management and business stakeholders by providing insights, recommendations, and alerts on claims with significant financial or reputational impact.</li><li>
Support litigation strategy development, panel counsel evaluation, and management of mediation and trial calendars.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and complete claims documentation within Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.</li><li>
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track trends, improve total cost of risk, and support internal reporting and stakeholder presentations.</li><li>
Collaborate across departments on incident reporting, claims trends, and loss prevention initiatives to reduce future exposure.</li><li>

Qualifications<div>
Qualifications<ul><li> Associate degree in insurance, business, legal studies, human resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.</li><li> Solid working knowledge of liability claims principles, regulations, and claims processes, including medical-only and indemnity claims.</li><li> Demonstrated experience overseeing or managing liability claims handled by a third-party administrator (TPA).</li><li> Strong analytical skills with the ability to review claim data, assess handling quality, and identify trends or risk areas.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally influence and collaborate with TPAs and internal stakeholders</li></ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits: 
The salary range for this role, in Deerfield, IL , is between $75,300- $105,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

 We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Customer Support pod at a pivotal moment in MyOme's growth. You won't be stepping into a fully built billing function &mdash; you'll be shaping it. As the single point of contact for all things billing, you'll own full-cycle revenue cycle management end-to-end, work directly with patients, providers, and internal teams, and build the systems and documentation that prevent issues before they escalate.
