Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in MEP planning and estimating structural, electrical, and mechanical projects in a large facility or multiple facilities with highly complex mechanical, electrical, and structural requirements.</li><li>

Director, Research Advisory Services 


EAB is the leading global provider of research and advice to higher education and K-12 institutions. Our research programs help executives at client organizations educate stakeholders, make research-informed decisions, and speed implementation of industry best practices. 


EAB Research Advisory Services (RAS) is a division within our research business, providing consultative support and expert advice to our education clients. RAS staff work directly with boards, presidents, and other senior academic and business leaders to help them make meaningful and strategic progress toward their most pressing financial and mission-consequential issues. Through strong communication and storytelling, RAS provides high-impact, outcome-focused presentations, workshops, and unscripted conversations to help partners understand and implement EAB&rsquo;s advice. The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $76,500 - $115,000 per year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>

<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of Federal Government HR experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Current Delegated Examining Certification preferred/required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience using USA Staffing and USA Hire.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working in a remote environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public Trust.</li></ul>

<div>The Business Development Senior Coordinator is a key team member within the Marketing Department. The Senior Coordinator supports assigned practice and/or industry groups with a variety of business development and marketing projects, as described below. They take an active role in learning about the service offering, lawyers, and clients of the assigned groups, and work closely with colleagues across offices and functions to coordinate a range of integrated business development and marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists in the preparation of new business proposals and capability pitches, as well as formal RFP responses
</li><li>Maintains the groups' business development &quot;infrastructure&quot; (e.g., written collateral, experience database/matter lists, contact lists, opportunity tracking, etc.), exercising an acute level of quality control to ensure that all marketing collateral, communications, matter lists and other materials are consistent, error-free, and up to date
</li><li>Supports the preparation and submission of rankings, awards, surveys, league tables, and other recognitions for assigned groups
</li><li>Updates practice/industry information on the Firm's website and intranet site, and coordinates occasional external republication
</li><li>Helps write and edit practice/industry group descriptions, lawyer biographies, and client presentations to support the Firm's business development pursuits
</li><li>Conducts research on clients/prospective clients, and gathers market and competitive intelligence to develop knowledge about our clients, their industries, and legal needs
</li><li>Collaborates with the Creative team to produce branded collateral for sponsorships, client events, advertisements, presentations, and other activities
</li><li>Works with Regional BD and Marketing team members to plan client programs and Sidley-sponsored events
</li><li>Other tasks and projects as assigned

Education and Experience:
 
Required:
<ul><li>A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
</li><li>A minimum of two (2) years of business development and/or marketing related experience
</li><li>Excellent writing and proofreading skills
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Marketing or business development experience in a law firm or other professional services organization
</li><li>Working knowledge of customer relationship, pipeline, and experience management databases such as InterAction, Salesforce, and/or Foundation
</li><li>Familiarity with relevant company/market research tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and league table publications

The target salary range for this role is:
$68,000-$86,000 if located in Washington, D.C.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
