Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Conduct patient interviews to gather medical information and measure vital signs, weight, and height.</li><li>
Accurately document patients' medical history, vital statistics, and test results in medical records.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Required Education, Certifications, Licenses, &amp; Training (minimum requirements): High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
BLS/CPR Certification required.</li><li>
Required Years of Experience (minimum requirements): Up to one year experience.</li><li>
Desirable Education and/or Experience: Up to three years experience.</li><li>
Required Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities (minimum requirements): Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.</li><li>
Basic front desk, clerical or healthcare support specialist skills/experience.</li><li>
