Description 
 
As a senior release engineer with deep expertise in cloud networking, software reliability, and performance engineering, you will lead and innovate our release management processes. This role requires strategic oversight of sophisticated, large-scale release pipelines that deliver highly available, resilient, and performant cloud network services. You will establish standard methodologies, implement resiliency measures like chaos testing, drive performance and capacity planning, lead incident response, postmortems, and maintain detailed release documentation. Partner closely with multi-functional teams including cloud architects, SREs, and network engineering to ensure quality in deployment automation and operational reliability. 
 
Additionally, you will present and defend engineering proposals that can significantly influence team and organizational success. Effective collaboration and communication with other teams are crucial to support their use of our platform.

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.</li><li>5+ years of web services security, video content protection technologies, cryptography, network security protocols and operating system security experience</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud</li><li>Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams</li><li>Knowledge of AWS services</li><li>Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities</li><li>Experience in security operations, risk management, and incident response</li><li>Experience securing generative AI or agentic workloads, or a strong point of view on how security models need to evolve for AI-native architectures</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
