Supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation of mise en place cooking for all F&amp;B outlets.</li><li>
Controls freshness, preparation techniques and storage of goods used.</li><li>
To check Demi Chefs / Commis Chefs on his/her section: e.g. regarding personal hygiene.</li><li>
