The Role

We're looking for a Senior Organic Social Strategist to lead social strategy for a portfolio of large, complex brand families &mdash; think LG, Tempur-Pedic, and similar enterprise clients. This is a senior-level, highly cross-functional role for someone who lives and breathes social but understands it as one critical part of a broader integrated marketing ecosystem.

You'll own the strategy, mentor junior strategists, and be the connective tissue between organic social and the paid, creative, site, and activation teams working alongside you. 
What You'll Do 
Strategy &amp; Planning 
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and continuously optimize comprehensive organic social strategies for large, multi-product brand families across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and emerging channels)</li>
<li>Build and own annual social plans that ladder up to broader brand and business objectives</li>
<li>Create platform-specific playbooks that establish voice, content pillars, posting cadence, community management protocols, and best practices &mdash; built to scale across brand families</li></ul> 


Boosted Organic &amp; Channel Integration 
<ul>
<li>Manage boosted organic programs, partnering closely with paid media teams to ensure seamless alignment between organic and paid social strategies</li>
<li>Collaborate with creative strategists, media planners, site teams, and activation leads to ensure organic social is fully integrated into broader campaign and marketing program planning &mdash; not siloed</li></ul> 


Reporting &amp; Optimization 
<ul>
<li>Own social performance reporting: define KPIs, build dashboards, deliver regular reporting to clients and internal stakeholders, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations</li>
<li>Continuously test, learn, and optimize content strategy based on platform algorithm changes, audience insights, and performance trends</li></ul> 


Influencer &amp; Creator Strategy 
<ul>
<li>Develop and oversee influencer and creator partnership strategies that extend and amplify organic social programs</li>
<li>Identify the right creator tiers and talent profiles for each brand family, and collaborate with internal teams and talent partners on briefs, content alignment, and performance tracking</li></ul> 


Leadership &amp; Mentorship 
<ul>
<li>Manage and mentor a growing team of junior social strategists, providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and career development support</li>
<li>Report directly to the VP of Social/Strategy, contributing to team growth, process improvement, and department initiatives</li>
<li>Serve as a senior strategic voice in client meetings, presentations, and new business pitches &mdash; including actively contributing to agency growth opportunities</li></ul> 
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>8&ndash;10+ years of organic social strategy experience, ideally within a digital agency or in-house for a major consumer or B2B brand</li>
<li>Proven experience managing social for large brand families with multiple product lines, audience segments, and stakeholders</li>
<li>Deep fluency across major social platforms and their respective best practices, algorithms, and content formats</li>
<li>Experience managing boosted organic social programs and working in close partnership with paid media teams</li>
<li>Strong background building social playbooks, annual plans, and scalable frameworks</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with community management &mdash; including comment moderation, audience engagement, escalation protocols, and brand voice consistency at scale</li>
<li>Proficiency with social management and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform analytics, Tableau, or similar)</li>
<li>Experience operating as part of a fully integrated marketing team &mdash; alongside paid, creative, site, and activation &mdash; with a clear understanding of how organic social ladders into the larger program</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior clients</li>
<li>A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong organizational instincts &mdash; you can manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping a ball</li></ul> 
Nice to Have
<ul>
<li>Experience with consumer electronics, home goods, sleep/wellness, candy, skin care, DTC, or other lifestyle categories</li>
<li>Familiarity with influencer and creator partnership strategy as an extension of organic social</li>
<li>Experience integrating organic social into experiential and activation programs, including live events, product launches, and on-the-ground content capture</li>
